ooooh that would be really helpfull actually, i think your opinions on some ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I'm thinking of doing something like halfbodies for maybe 30$? maybe chibis for 20$ (althought i need to practice chibi some more)
i've never done portrait before but i could be something to think about.

i think if i go below 20$ then i should do something that's really fast and easy to make. but i have no clue? sketches? do people want sketches?
also many other artist tell me that my for my current quality i could sell a full artwork with bg for about 50-80$ but it seems quite allot to ask TwT

It is important to first gather a bit of an audience. Like I have to agree, the quality of your work is really high, but the amount of people doing commissions on dA is enormous ;w; Don't be discouraged if nobody commissions you right away for that price, there are really good artist who make work for really cheap. But never sell your art for extremely cheap. That way you only get really ungrateful people who only want to commission you because of your price, and not because of your art style (trust me, experience.)

Also for the chibis, since you want to practice with those, what do you think of like a special discount? Like for now you do them for 15$-20$ (after that they could get priced more) but it will be a bit experimental. In that way you warn people before hand that you still need to practice with them more but at the mean time they get a little bit of discount as compensation? 

What I see is the most popular at the moment are chibis and halfbodies. Fullbodies are also requested a lot. People often commissionen things like flat colour or fully shaded with background, but you could also do sketches of course. I would suggest just playing around with prices and things, and if you ever need me just feel free to message me for advice! I think I will make a little tutorial on this soon if you would want to :>

i'll think i'll do just that. and yeah it's best not to worry about commissions to much. it'll come in time.
