nono, I can't give your laptop a name! YOU have to give your OWN laptop a name, whenever I name peoples things for them, it never sticks because they for one forget what it's called and for two have no attachment because they didn't bother going to the trouble of mulling a name over.

Nah, no-one from our group goes to hillsong. Sam Willis used to~ but then he joined mikey's church in seven hills. If there was a church that the small majority of our group went to, it would be sophies... it's called st Matthews I think.
My music performance went well (enough). Did you finish your comic? Oh and I've been turned to the yaoi side XD well less yaoi more bromance and transvestites

Only 13 more days and I never go to school again! Scary thought....

I was daunted doing a portfolio the first time I had to, but its a chance to stand out (rather than just being chosen for ATAR alone). Any idea what you'll make to go in it?

I have NOOOO idea what to put in it! I figure I'll have another shot at realism and if it's any good I'll put it in, will defs put my major work in... Then stuff we did at school I suppose.... and then I will just have to make some stuff, which is fine because i have plently of ideas~
I actually put ANU as my first preference.... That means CANBERRA! everyone thinks I'm crazy. But ANU is ranked 14th in the world. While USYD and melbourne are ranked at around 36.

I want to do fine art in uni so I can learn technical skill - Cos I always have so many ideas, and I WANT to draw them, but when I do, they don't turn out the way I had imagined.

Canberra, wow, you are crazy XD! Well, if you're doing fine arts, try to keep away from 100% cartoon style (and I know a friend in America had trouble getting into an art college because she submitted anime art, since that's more for an animation/cartooning course, rather than Fine Arts). But your major work definitely should go in~! It's clever and creative Show a wide variety of skill, medium, styles etc in your portfolio. Originality is something they love too~ So don't touch fanart or anything like that XD If you can paint, do a painting, if you can use water colours, use 'em! If you're good with just pencils (which your realism pictures would suggest you are) then use those too! If you're still unsure, maybe go back to school at some point and ask one of the art teachers for what they think you should include? I got advice for my college portfolio from the actual college when I called them to find out (I didn't wanna not get in simply because I chose the wrong things for my portfolio or something silly!) and some tips from dA friends who study animation. IDK, can you call ANU and find out what they're looking for; or maybe its on their site? (maybe there are some student works uploaded to give you an idea what sorta things they're really looking for.

If it ranked like that, you might be up against some tough competitors but good luck m'dear~!! <3 I hope you get in, though if you're all the way in Canberra I will miss you so ;A; I'll be an annoying friend and maybe start an 'email penpal' system with you or something XD (I do that with my best friend, since she's too busy studying to go on msn, so we have this email going and we reply to it when we can, its like, not so instant messaging!!) It would be exciting though, going away to live on campus at Uni, and hopefully you'd get a good roommate XD (though I bet you'd get along with anyone, you're just that nice!) How many years is the course? Are you gonna go study something else afterwards, or decide that when you get to that point??

Technical skills, ahh I know what you mean D: I have so many ideas for artworks, but most the time I can't draw them. College has been helping, especially with background and whatnot at the moment~ There's so much to learn, I envy people who learn it throughout their childhood and are like, teh masters at university/college >:T But you're a very creative person, you + awesome artskills = EPICNESS. Practice practice practice too <3 On wait, study for the HSC first lmao!! Good luuuuuuck~~~!

well, tomorrow I'm going to school (even though it's holdiays) to do a practice short answer paper with our class.... that should be interesting, and I went to the library to try and study biology with Jazz... Turns out I'm not cut out for the library, and neither is Jazz!

I also finally figured out that I CAN play pokemon fire red after the credits finish (very bad time to find that out though...)

SOOO all in all, with the HSC starting next Friday, I'm much too relaxed... and that makes me not-so-relaxed, but still too relaxed...
I feel entirely over the HSC already and it hasn't even started D:
