Hey returning the comments favor. Your arts good, nice shading, detail focused, just work on your porportions, and alinement on a page. Before you draw something, kind of lightly sketch out the shape and just get a feel of where it's gonna be on a page. Also mark lightly in pencil on the page about a half inch in and try not to put anything except slight details if you need to between the line and the end of the page.

I know I still have porportion problems too, and I am still new at putting art onto the web, so it's never very pretty and it really takes away from what I do. If I can offer any advice on scanner useage, photography or file editing in the future, to make things look better, I'll pass it on. Keep up the great work and thanks again for the comment.

I see a lot of potential for awesome here, just keep pushing. I would highly HIGHLY suggest you pick up some anatomy books and/or attend some life-drawing classes. I think they would really help with getting proportions correct as well as the proper flow of clothing and such.

Practice makes perfect, but all the practice in the world won't help if you keep practicing the wrong techniques.

Focus. Don't draw everything, but concentrate your efforts on one or two subjects and you'll progress much faster.

Also, don't draw to get praise. Draw because there's nothing else worth doing. You need some talent, but mostly hard work, discipline, and a long term goal (there the focus again). Where do you want to be in 5 years time and what steps do you need to take to get there. Then take those steps.

As for your own art, I think you've got a good knack with pencils. I'd actually suggest that you experiment a bit with different poses as opposed to copying official art to give yourself a bit more room for both creativity and development of human figure, but that's just my opinion; I'm known more for writing than sketching. XD
