I only speak the truth, mate. But hey, I know what ya mean. It's deflating seeing artists like Genzoman and Nebezial post a "doodle" and generate hundreds of comments, while you can spend days working on one piece and get maybe 12 comments. lol. But that's why we little peeps need to support each other!   Good luck out there, man!

Yeah, thats absolutely right, bro! I get to see many "artists' who just come here to get many favs a feel better about them selves. They just post this damn "doodles" and sketches, while us, who work hard, for many hours to show our art e maybe find someone who appreciate your work. We just do this because we believe in our work and we thinks that is worth it... On DevianART, we have many amazing artists who make everyday more beautiful, but there are many more bad artists, who take this life style in a futile way, its sad, but is the way it is... We just try to do everyday our best, and thats all. Thank you so much for the support and again, you have no idea of how much this means to me, seriously, thanks a lot! Oh, i will be posting more drawings soon, so, keep an eye on my profile, also i'm about to post more colored work (im still learning). And anyway, have a nice day.

Hey, I'm one of those artists that wants to feel better about himself by being liked! lol

But I know what you mean, dude. I think part of it's jealousy on my part. I want to be able to fart and have a crowd of fans dive in for a whiff, but that's just not how it goes for us folks on the bottom rung. We have to work hard to get ahead. But you know what I've noticed, man? The guys on top don't have a lot of vision. What I mean is deviants like artgerm may kick ass at paintings and what-not but they have almost no personal creativity.

Yeah, I said it. Artgerm may be a master of PS and Corel and have a doctor's eye for anatomy, but he SUCKS at originality. Yes, I said that too. He cannot create anything original. But when it comes to taking something old and making it sexy--that's the dude to call. And that's why he's one of the most sought-after cover artists out there. But I doubt he could do what I'm doing and if he attempted it, I doubt it would be 1/4 as good as my work so far.

Plus, he seems incapable of drawing men. And when it comes to his women, they have this Dragonball Z effect, where all of them look the same. Just seiyan (haha, get it!?).

And this just one of the upper 8% ruling dA. I could deconstruct many more Deviants, but I think by then my boiling jealousy might melt my keyboard! Haha. Point is, a lot of the people who don't get any love here are packing ass-loads of talent and vision. I think one thing holding us back, however, is that the Gods above kick total ass at publicity. They actively attend conventions and keep up with their peeps... while the rest of us work. lol.
