haha yeah i was wondering if you'd mistake me for a random! thanks its from the cover of 'Atonement' by Ian McEwan. i've discovered most of my uni colleagues hate the character on the cover but i liked her despite the EPICALLY AWFUL MISTAKE THAT SHE MAKES!!!!!!!! yeah the entire plot is based around her error.

she's basically saying that she likes to daydream and have awesome little fantasies in her head, but then when she comes back to reality she's always a bit disappointed cuz she compares it to the awesomeness of her daydream.

when i read it i was like YES I KNOW THAT FEELING!!! like when you daydream by accident and then are like dammmn can i just go back to that feeling?
