Nah, not unless it's actually traced. Most artists use references.
I like looking at it this way:
You're not sure how to draw a certain pose
You find a picture that has the exact pose you want
You draw other characters in that pose, make the background the different, etc.
Basically everything about the two pictures are completely different, except for the pose
I wouldn't call that copying. I don't think poses are copyrighted
