I am so happy to see you replied to me! Sorry I come here REALLY rarely. I kinda forgot I promised myself to visit here more. What have you been up to? I started studying culture producing last autnum. Basically it is producing in any form that I want: projects, business, tv, movies, events, conventions etc... it is super fun! I really try to draw more, but I've been into other forms of art. I am a makeup artist now and I love nailart and I started painting eggs I also spend a lot of time in tumblr and kpop, making gifs and edits and such. What about you? How has life treated you?

Omg, same! I literally just had some time today and felt like making something and came on here. I've got a job now so my weekdays have all been devoted to work On weekends I tend to just mooch on the couch and laze
Your studies sound so cool!!! I'm so glad you're doing something you enjoy!
Ugh, has winter been super cold and long for you as well? It just snowed today, in March! It should be spring soon but this crazy weather just doesn't seem to want that to happen!

Winter wasn't cold really until February, it was just raining. Which is obviously sad, because this is Finland, we're supposed to have a good winter. It's been like this a few years, one can really notice the climate change. BUT we did get 2 months of actual winter, we had snow just until May Now it's been 20-30 degrees, I love it, though once again it's not normal in Finland. In fact, this is the hottest May we've had in many decades.
I bought a new laptop so I forgot to visit here, but at the moment I have holiday on my studies and I landed myself a summer job as a makeup artist. I can actually do something I have profession in, this is a dreamy situation for me! It's only part-time, but it is still something for a poor student. ^^' 
I hope you don't exhaust yourself in your job. Remember to do stuff that makes you happy! <3 I've been living with that thought in mind for a few years now and it's been working. I can really call myself happy. Mainly because I am headed somewhere, I have stuff to look forward to in my life. Kinda stressfull, but in a good way.

Idk if you paint much these days (you've been doing some graphic stuff lately more, I see~ cool!) but let's enjoy the times we can just do something artistic. It is very relaxing. I've been doing more makeup art these days, you can check them on IG @helimua if you want to. Idk if this site is that kinda place. I am trying to get back to "normal" art too with pen and paper and maybe tablet, but it just doesn't really work for me the same as it used to. Oh and I've started painting eggs too in this club with finnish-swedish grannies just rying new things, they keep me inspired. I really recommend, not the egg painting, but something new you haven't tried yet!

Oh, base sketch in Sai (multiple layers of sketch, then outline and cleanups) then PS for screentones, speech bubbles, and text. I normally move back to Sai after PS to do final touchups.

I did try it out but since it was a trial version, the panelling was really limited so I just did something on Sai instead. Note, it might look neat cuz I used a 'grid' paper that I found online as a rough guide to panelling (this might be why it took around 1.5 days per page )

Thanks MT! :3 I ate lots of m'cake at work too! The recent trend is '奶黃月餅' which is really good if you nuke it for 15-45 seconds.
(I finally got a nibble from a 'traditional' flavoured snowy mooncake...most pleased )

Well...there are a few, just not near where we lived. There's one just around Kilburn High Street (with rabbits and hamsters...not sure if there are puppies...), other than that, I'm not too familiar about the locations...just go sit around in Hyde Park after Olympics or something :3
