I'm pretty sure we've already talked about this, but your culinary skills are on point. I honestly don't know whether your cake creations are art or food; you've blurred the lines fabulously. If I commissioned you to make one, I honestly would be in two minds whether to eat it or not.

Just been looking at some of your cakes, and I'm seriously impressed; it's a fabulous talent you have. I don't know what you do for a job, but I'm sure that you could make a living out of cake decoration - it's easily of that quality.

If you decorate cakes for a living, then you're definitely on the right track; to have such skill, and not use it in a professional capacity, would be a waste. I am partial to a slice of cake, but even I would be hesitant to eat your works of art; I know they're intended to be consumed, but there is a tinge of sadness about marring such beauty.
