Hey Trav. All is weel on mai end of the spectrum we should be going to closing soon. LOl, Man when we were sent to the principles office you mean. It was like highschool all over again....^_- I am working on the financing end now so we approved for like 70k since we offered 45k that gives us some money to make some much needed updates to theplace before we move in. How are things in your neck of the woods? Mai mom is in texas right now doing fema work? Were you close to the Ike? I know texas is huge and I'm unsure where you were at. How's your sis and mom doing btw? LOL, sorry so many questions....^_^'

it went over us, but we're so far inland (300 miles or so) that it was just rain by that time. We do have family in Beaumont and Houston though. My grandmother, Nana, stayed put and it worked out because her town by Houston was one of the first to get power back. Our family in Beaumont came up to stay at my parent's house until the storm passed and then they went to Houston to wait with Nana at her house until they could go home. I think everyone's houses are fine and all. I'm glad your mom is out there working... I think they still need a lot of help on the coast. Man! 30K worth of improvements is awesome! That'll get you a nice kitchen and two nice bathroom remodels easy!

I'm glad to hear that everyone is safe and sound, Mai mom just got sent from Sugarland to Galveston. She does housing inspections for FEMA So I'm taking on Mom duties for mai youngest sister. I heard that it was really bad down there so I think she will be a way for a long time when Katrina hit she was away for like five months. As far as the 30k I plan to remodel the bathroom strip out the carpet and go pack to hard wood floors if possible replace the heating system and add an addition on to the back of the house for mai office....I'm excited about it though I will post picks of the house once it's ours....^_^' Glad to see your doing well too keep in touch more >_<
