I am a big fan of your colouring work on Casanova!  I am desperately trying to figure out how to create limited palettes to work from for my comics and am finding to be a big struggle for me.  Do you have any recommended books or tutorials or inspirations I could look at to help me with this?

Hi!! I guess I can tell you to trust your favorite colors. Start with them, decide how many colors you want, and then look for illustrations and photos with palettes that you like and go building your own palette based on the references. Remember that the dark colors have to match nicely whit the light ones, 'cuz they will be your lights and shadows... Choose two main hues, one hot and the other cold, chose some tones of those hues and, after that, choose a few of totally different from the two main hues so you have some color to pop when you want to color something important... Kind of hard to explain it in english. Let me know if you have any doubts.

Trabalho magnífico! Sempre fui um fã gigantesco de quadrinhos e comecei a fazer colorização digital há pouquíssimo tempo. É incrível ver como os quadrinistas e coloristas brasileiros estão sempre presentes no mercado americano e mantendo um nível altíssimo de qualidade. Seu trabalho é, definitivamente, uma das minhas grandes inspirações.
