what do you mean by priority?

hark's sprites and concept belong first and foremost to him, and this applies to every contribution to the CS dex.

HOWEVER, some if not most sprites have gone through non negligible edits before being added to the dex, which essentially means that if and when you get permission from their original author to use them, you are not allowed to use the version displayed in the CS Dex. This is specially the case when the sprite is also credited to someone else (most often myself), in which case the difference should be more than noticeable for any "average and above" pokemon pixel artist, enough for me to consider my contribution substantial (as in "collaboration", in dA terms).

uh... the sprites here are community work, i manage this account.

i, personally, don't sprite for others, sorry.

other spriters who made some of the sprites in this account might, though, you'd have to contact them personally.

as i clearly stated before, no. sprites belong first and foremost to their original creator, not me nor CS.
and once again, as i clearly stated before, you are not allowed to reuse any sprite from the cs dex at all (even if you get permission from the original author, in which case, you should get the original sprite from him/her and not CS).

nah, the group is "C Spriters":

i'm using this account to submit the official CS Dex exclusive sprites (credited to the original creators but edited by me, castiboy).

Both the CS sprites (from this account) and the original ones (when existing in dA) are displayed in the group's gallery though.

We've had a lot of problems with sprite thieves and made it so you had to have a certain number of posts to see the fakedex. I think it's 25, I can't recall from the top of my head.
