I'm gonna delete that journal...eventually. So
I was at goodwill the other day and some store had given up their entire stock of Cyberchase coloring books.Β
There was one purple and a load of green. I flipped through both of course, only to be disappointed but not surprised that the purple one was the same as the green, only the exact pages of some line art had been changed around.
But anyway, the real reason I did this was to find Her, the Greatest.
Among some stock community theater type trees that had been reused at least four times previously, I found Wicked ostensibly going for a handshake with the wizard guy.
But actually she was just a distance from him with a raised arm and doing a [stares into camera like she's on The Office] basically with the most deadass bored expressionΒ
It was marvelous
That was the only page she was on.
She put in her contractually obligated single sighting and phoned it in like the rest of the best.

I haven't got hip surgery, but I have a whole host of mysterious illnesses usually reserved for older people and a classification that encompasses some but-not-all of them, that also just means 'mysterious illness' but in medical words.Β

To be fair, the sound of the young laughing always drew forth something a little ruffled, on edge, wild and wicked in me. But I can't contest about being old or mentally ill. Both of those factors only contribute to talking a lot, so I expect to be making a roundabout trip back to my roots of nonsensical novellas more often as time continues marching steadily onwards, unpliable, insusceptible to bribery, but corrupt entirely on it's own, nevertheless.
We were always doomed to become what we hated, as I recall none of us who were most active and adamant about anything in the old cult/bar ever assigned ourselves to the nice pure bland boring kid heroes.
There, now you don't need any heavy old books to fulfill your quota of fancy smart looking experiences of old people talk.

It's best not to question why or how I do a majority of the things I do. In my recent manic psychosis, I planted 200 seedlings and ordered parts from China for a full aquaponics setup. I blew like $500 on this shit. And now, in my sanity, I can't even look at it.
They got lost somewhere in my lack of caring. Good news is that my husband has used his Linux magic to record the episodes that have been airing. Plus I've been scraping the web for episodes that aren't even available on Amazon Prime's PBS Kids subscription. I need to merge and upload those episodes eventually.

I swear, there is gonna be a medical breakthrough about inflammation. I'm convinced that a lot of these mysterious illnesses (like my chronic muscle pain) is a result of inflammation. Doctors piss me off so much, because they act high and mighty half the damn time, but I swear their diagnosis (or lack of) are utter bullshit. I can't wait until computers replace those fuckers, because at this point I trust an AI diagnosis more than I do some pompous asshat who thinks that because he memorized a bunch of bacteria names that he knows my body better than I do. /rant
