Yepyep! We're always open for apps, and even if you just want us to check it over before you're complete, we'll be happy to give you tips if we see something wrong.
You can definitely start with two and add another, I know a few of our members, including our admin Hotcop, did so. However, we're against a single team being created by multiple deviants, as we feel that can lead to problems down the road, as well as give that particular team an unfair advantage during missions compared to a team owned by a single deviant.Β
If you have any more questions, feel free to ask! I'm pretty much home from here on out for the rest of the day, so any questions you may have will be responded to a lot more promptly now.

Ah-- also one more question! By movesets, it says in the new rank, you can learn moves ranging from levels 1 to 25. We're not allowed egg moves, but are TM/HM & Tutor moves allowed?

We don't allow tag teaming/collaborating on anything that would result in a payout of some kind, as we don't want to unfairly reward anyone, or not reward someone enough, plus that would go back to the issue of two people sharing the work that we have intended for a single person to do, so it may seem unfair to the other members if we allow collaborations. However, we do offer a fair amount of roleplay events that you can interact with others during, and if you want to submit artwork just for fun, that can be collaborated as much as you want.
As for the moves, tutors do not exist in this setting as they do in the pokemon games, so we actually do not allow tutor moves for anyone. TM/HM moves can be purchased from Dragonair's shop, so those aren't allowed either, until you purchase them or earn them through a mission. However, if a move is both one that your pokemon can learn naturally or as a TM (example, my character Keir can learn..I think U-turn both ways), you can take it as the naturally learned move. We reference Bulbapedia for most of our move checking, as it neatly categorizes everything.Β

Egg moves are allowed as you rank up! Also, since you mentioned Riolu, you can always start out that character as a Lucario, as Riolu is a baby form of it. If you're set on Riolu that's cool too, just wanted to mention it just in case you missed it in whichever journal we have that information in. (At work right now, or else I'd give you the journal itself).Β

My main turn away for using my Haxorus was that he's pretty much a mute, can't remember if his tongue was missing or if he was just plain out mute, but his 'translator' is probably more chaotic than my entire team combined, so there wouldn't have been good team synergy among them. Maybe one day I'll be able to toss him around again!
Both of our Poochyena are actually just recently grown up! Well, mine was adult age just refusing to evolve, and the other is more of a older teenager who was excited to evolve. I could ramble endlessly about Gamma, especially since my app's a little out of date compared to how everyone is right now, so if you have any questions I'll be excited to ramble! That also goes for hearing you about your characters, I really like knowing other peoples' characters so if you want to ever ramble about them, I'm open to listening.
Yepyep! Waldo's been the antagonist since January 1st, you're right about that. It's sort of hard for me to give a quick summary about him, but a vague and not fully on the dot explanation is that he's mad with power and sort of should really be stopped before he gets more out of hand. He's already tore up his own team and another noble team, as well as tearing the ear off of the other Mightyena of the group, so who knows what the bastard's up to next.Β
A fair amount of my mission entries actually have foreshadowing to the way Waldo is now, though they can be extremely subtle. You get a high five if you're dedicated enough to read through the walls of text I got laying around and start finding them.

Yeah, they're one of my favorite too! Gamma's actually based off of a Mightyena I had in one of my emerald runs, and I'm planning on doing a run of Omega Ruby of just Poochys and Mightys once I'm done with my Wurmple run. At Foretree city, so I'm more than halfway done. Wurmples are near level 50 if I remember right. Haha, thanks as well! I haven't really ever thought of her tsundere! I don't even know what word can sum her up, I feel as if she has a nice amount of complexity to her.Β
Having your characters run around is definitely a real cool way of having them grow, as well as developing through missions I feel! I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what your two guys get up to within MMMD!
Ah, yeah. It's only that detailed because I set a challenge for myself. Waldo's section needs the most updating, since I can finally fully explore his personality without ruining any surprises. They're mostly just a handful of dweebs, but don't need much of a reason to get into a fight with anyone. Gamma used to be better about that, and I hope one day she gets her level headedness back. No reason for her to though, so I get to party with a bunch of aggressive nerds. Keir got to hang out with her again later on, actually! They're still not friends. The joke about the keirkey is that he's born on thanksgiving, if it wasn't already explained somewhere.
I'm planning on writing up some more behind the scenes stuff one of these days for Waldo, cause I really want to explore how he changed so rapidly. And yeah, he had a fair amount of meals. He's sorta gross. And there are hints in different roleplays, but I can't remember if any on the forum have clues or not.

Yeah! Mel (or hotcop on here) challenged me to it because I beat AS but didn't feel like taking on OR like that. It's been interesting so far, but I've been giving myself a little leeway with training them in AS and then using them in OR. Flannery was actually /really/ fun fighting? I honestly can't figure out how I did it. The Poochy run will be a lot easier, given that poochys have some awesome egg moves to have a nice and varied team. And don't worry about it! I'm cool with you calling her that, if that's what she comes off to you as. All I know is, I'm pretty damn happy with her.
I thiiink my most recent thing explains what's going on with Gamma and Keir, or at the very least Keir. But I'm going to -hopefully- toss some more things around soon, I just gotta sit down and stare at them to make sure they're giving off the effect I want them to. But yeah, it's also in the rp's!
There is a clan that does live in Draco Domain that kills off dragons, but I haven't actually seen any dragon types interact with them yet. However, I think so long as they have help in defeating the dragons of the dungeon, they'll accept anyone as an ally.
Haha, thanks! Update should be coming around within the next few weeks, I think. I feel they're powerful because of experience mostly, but with saying that they're pretty much the newest Noble team, besides for Chaosheart13's team (which has the other Mightyena), so that means the others are generally more powerful. Waldo's been sorta breaking that idea for a while though, but I won't explain why cause you said no spoilers! I definitely like them though. I wouldn't feel bad for Keir either, if it really mattered to him, he'd go out of his way to find out what the actual date is. However, since it doesn't, it's cool.Β
Don't worry about going against him! We planned the novice missions with it in mind that they are still pretty weak compared to others, so they needed simpler, less dangerous jobs. Besides, Waldo doesn't like fighting weaker teams, he'd rather show his strength with attacking high ranking teams than the lower ones!

The games aren't that different at all, which is why I chose to go through OR with a challenge. I'm going to see how far I get with my Wurmples before I get too frustrated, and seeing that I'm at the flying type gym I feel this is where my stomp through Hoenn's gonna end. Hopefully not though! We survived the fire gym, so maybe we'll survive birds too.
Maybe if I ever get my homework I need to get done today I'll upload them after, that'd be cool.
Aha, yeah. They're sort of written up that way, but the lore of them's open enough to make sure every team member survives an outing with them. They might give you a hard time, but so long as you show you're helping their cause.
Yeah, we've had talks in the mod chat about who'd be most recent and stuff. Screwed's the most powerful rescue, while Bandits is the most powerful exploration. Donion Kings came after both, then Radiation a while after them. If I remember right, Screwed rose to Noble fastest and first, then Bandits. As to who's most powerful between them, I have no idea! Maybe one day we'll know.

It's cool! And also thanks a lot, I got two or three more weeks of school and then I'm done, so I'm thinking by that time I'll be able to actually sit down and play. A Team Radiation run sounds pretty fun too, and I bet it'd go over easier than the wurmple run, besides for being bounded to 3 pokemon. That's okay though. Gamma went through Hoenn once in a past life, she'll be able to do it again.
Ryes would have to watch out too, seeing as the Fay clan has a type advantage over him til he evolves. As for challenging the dungeon, we have roleplays all time time of teams hanging out in them, either fighting or just relaxing. There's no need for us to moderate roleplays, if they're on the boards we read them out of interest, and if they're in the chats we usually grab the log so we can archive it, where we'll read through those out of curiosity as well. I highly suggest starting out a thread on the board or joining one if you're unable to be on while others on are the chat, it's really cool to interact with one another! Plus, I bet the older teams will help protect Xorian and Ryes against the stuff in the dungeon!
Yepyep! They're fourth and apparently the most out of hand. But that's okay. And it's definitely interesting to think about who'd Β be stronger between the two, but they're (overall) pretty friendly with one another. The R vs. E thing is definitely a feature we got planned, but we haven't been around to work on it just yet due to other circumstances. I'm excited for it to go live too, I'm pretty sure a lot of people will like it! However, we don't have a date for it going live planned yet, unfortunately.

Thanks! It really is, but it's almost over, thankfully. And if I do a Radiation run, I'd definitely try to stick as close to the trio as possible. Though I may not breed them from their set parents (ie, get a female quagsire that has a bunch of offspring, where one goes with a mightyena, and other has two crawdaunt offspring that each lead to keir and waldo), but I'd definitely try to stick to their natures and moves. I'm not too concerned about it, since I got enough different nature pokemon that I can breed for them with, and I didn't give any of the egg moves so I wouldn't have to worry about that either.
Aw, but that's alright! It's cool that you're using the friendship evolution thing in the group, another one of our members is doing something similar. Their character's a pancham, so they're thinking about having one of the dark type characters around to help him out with the evolving, even though we don't require that and only require buying the evolution item from the shop. It's still alright if you don't want to hang out around that dungeon just yet, I know our starter dungeon was Mellow Meadows, though it's sort of one of the most violent ones? A lot of stuff happened there, which you can read on the forum. Haunted Halls is only bad when the nobles are involved, but otherwise it's pretty alright if you don't stay long. Quartz Cavern is the most tame of the three original dungeons, and it also has a coffee appreciative population. You can also go to the other dungeons as well, we got an rp in sunshine shore despite the pirate ship sitting around, for example unless I already mentioned it. It's definitely nice having the forum around though, I'm glad that we got it set up and running. The strong teams are definitely a plus, as well!
Gamma and Keir, despite not seeming friendly with each other, actually do care for each other a lot, to the point that they consider each other their best friend, though Gamma also considers Zak (the one Zigzagoon noble) her best friend as well. Not that either would admit it, since they're sorta prideful. They also don't seem to get along cause some of their personality traits sort of grind on each other, plus they both sort of have tempers so they can set each other off really well. Them being rude is how they just interact, but I figure they've been on a team together for years, so by now they've gotten past any initial personality bumps. Overall, they're definitely going to be close if they weren't already after this part of the plot's over, for a number of reasons. I'm looking forward to that feature, it'll be interesting and thinking it'll attract everyone's attention as well!

Hope not either! It's definitely not optimal for them to be wheezing, or in pain at all. I'm not sure when our next event will be, but we'll definitely be rolling out enough missions to definitely allow them to have more than enough interaction. Besides that, the roleplays will allow that as well, if we ever get a time with a lull in missions or events. Definitely looking forward to any submissions of them!

It definitely would, but I think I'd have more fun just getting them set up quickly and tossed over to the other game and running around loose that way. Ooh, I could definitely toss them into Y since I think Y had more rotation and triple battles than ORAS did, plus I didn't explore much of Y at all. And I wouldn't need HM moves, so that definitely sounds like the way to go I think. It'd definitely be so cool to see the three of them fighting together, since I don't think they ever did in the group. Keirkey and Gamma did a lot, and Keir and Waldo did, but Gamma was sort of broken by the time Waldo became useful, and then once her leg healed Waldo already jumped off the ledge.
That's definitely a great reason! Let's just hope he picks trying to evolve on a nice sunny day when he feels like his friendship's up enough.
Haha, it's fine! I really do blame the nobles for ruining a lot of things. So long as they're not around, or I guess more than one team of them isn't around, you should be fine. Mellow Meadows is definitely a tame place to be for teams starting out though, so I wouldn't worry too much about the nobles making it unnecessarily violent. Bouncing from dungeon to dungeon's pretty cool too! Recently my team hasn't had the energy to do that, they get burnt out after going through one dungeon. Though, I think Keir went from Frisky Frontier to Sunshine Shore at one point, though not in rp or anything. He was enjoying a small smoothie shop in the Frontier during a rp, and then i think i had him leave the rp by going to scout Sunshine shore. Oh man, I really find it great when people use the word birbs, I'm not sure why but it's still great. Quartz Cavern certainly does have a Starmiebucks, and it's a great hang out place. It's a trek to get there, but it's definitely worth it to put up with Onix to get to it!
Yeah, I sort of just realized recently how much the two dweebs really depend on each other, so it's more noticeable in my later stuff (assassination attempt #1 in particular) than my earlier ramblings. Definitely want to expand on their friendship more, but neither of them are sort of thinking straight due to RP things. And also Keir's not thinking straight cause of the gun thing. So he's doubly messed up, though I guess Gamma is triply messed up. Maybe this is part of their friendship by seeing who can get the most messed up by the end of the month. I'm mildly concerned for my one eyed birb dinosaur, but he's being babysat by Gamma, so all is well. Sort of.

They sort of are together, just the older two are on terrible terms with the last one. But that's okay, they'll get over each other sooner or later. They definitely do need to just go out on a dungeon outing or something just to unwind, but that's only if Waldo loses his ship and is forced to return to Blue Town. Not that anyone would be happy with that, but that'd be the way to get them to hang out again.Β
That was in a rp on the forum! It was in the one titled "Shooting the Breeze" if I remember right, in the completed rp section. Not really spoiler and just for clarification, Keir misinterpreted a situation between Gamma and Gigi, and Gamma's too prideful to admit what really went down, which was that she went nuts in front of Gigi. Gamma doesn't see Gigi as her boyfriend, but goes along with it cause it's easier for her to deal with than letting people know that she could act like the very thing that she rallies against, a savage/wild/other stuff like that. The part I like about Keir is that he doesn't lie, he just misinterprets things and then takes that as the truth.Β
I keep forgetting the house orb exists! That would definitely be insane, with the nobles running around plus everything in the dungeon evolved, I wouldn't want to be in Draco Domain when that happens. Maybe some day indeed now that you gave me the idea. Maybe when Radiation isn't the cause for hte missions to go out, and are the ones doing them again instead. Something's definitely going to happen with the end of this event though, don't you worry about it!
They definitely are competing by this point, but I honestly don't know who's more broken. I really don't, and I don't know who'll be more broken by the end. I think Gamma's going to win the long term broken award, since Keir's sorta easier to fix. He just needs to give given his confidence in being useful back and he'll be fine! I'll definitely write up a thing about Waldo's mind soon though, since I really need to get in the dweeb's head.

Sorry, been busy these last few days and haven't gotten a chance to even really read this over.
Your team is just really neat, like I said before, I'm definitely interested in seeing what adventures they get into! This team is weird, I can't say for sure when their good ending will be, or if it will even exist. It depends on how the dweebs behave themselves.
That's perfectly understandable! Crunch time is coming for me and college these next two weeks, so I'm probably going to be more scattered than usual. But that's alright. It's only two weeks of it. Gamma will be fine sooner or later, I think! I sorta like her the most out of my trio, so it'd be nice to see her feel a little better.
I think there's plenty of teams out there that are a lot more qualified for newbie watching in the domain, compared to how my team is right now. Unfortunately, they all seem to be more likely to kill than help. Except for Keir, he has no ability to really even think much right now. And yeah, he has dragon claw! He doesn't use it often because of his gun, but his gun is dead, and he's sort of empty. He'd definitely not go on any dungeon outings in this state, unless Gamma forcibly dragged him along, which she wouldn't because why put Keir in harm's way.
I didn't write anything specific on Keir, maybe a yet, but I did do two things of waldo last night. Still hard to get into his head, but oh well.

This two weeks thing is excited, but really tiring at the same time. The start of this semester was really weird, as we pretty much had a weekly snow day, so it's throwing everything off at the end as well. It also means I'll have more time for work, which means I'll actually have money. Good luck with your school though! As for Gamma, she'll probably have to get worse before she gets better, unless this is considered her "worse", due to things happening. While you're reading End Game, I heavily suggest you check out hotcop's app if you haven't already, since this rp's sort of really important to Epsi's development and it's great. I personally don't think anyone would want to be in the middle of this fight, it might get brutal. We've also had this rp and its outcome planned for months, so its tailored to fit the story and vice versa. Don't worry about Epsi too much, she's extremely determined and she also has there more eyes. Each of her drones is an eye, plus she has an eye on her belly, and her own eye. Kimmy (Zak's owner) and I have joked about there being a "Got messed up by Waldo" club, with Keir and Zak being the presidents of it. I think it's pretty accurate though.Β
I don't think the nobles really newbie watch, as they've been more bullying than anything lately. Maybe the newest nobles, Team IDFK, are a lot more sympathetic towards the others, as they don't seem to have nearly as many issues as the established nobles do. I'm actually rereading the bog thread, since it's been forever since I even glanced at it, and it's sort of amazing how big of a difference everyone's gone through in a few months. They don't really newbie watch anymore, I think, but maybe one day they'll (as in, all the nobles) will get responsible and stuff. Who knows. And it's cool! I like him because he's a dinosaur, but I'm confused on how people can like him for his personality. I definitely like how I've created him, but I know I couldn't hang around the bastard if I tried. He's been better than Gamma has recently, though, so that's logical.
I don't blame you with Waldo's personality either. It's odd, and sort of hard to get inside his head. Makes him interesting for me to use, though! I can say he's definitely meeting his match now, seeing the posts that are happening since we started up today, but he might just surprise everyone and grab the upper hand. Epsi's tough, and really set on her goal, so it's definitely a interesting match.
It's still pretty impressive! Can't wait to see what you do in future rounds!

As for that member, that sounds pretty cool by me! Teams can go into any dungeon at any time, even when missions aren't sent for that area, which usually takes place in the form of rp. I'm definitely up for seeing Snorunt chick hanging out with the two boys! First off, I'm interested in seeing what you got planed for Xorian's evolution, as well as whatever else you'll have for the Snorunt. Even with it being complicated, feel free to ramble to me about it. I don't need to okay every detail before you submit your character for mod group review, but I'll definitely be here if you need to bounce ideas off of me or something! Boosting friendship is also a good thing, are you planning on evolving Ryes second? Assassin characters are always cool. Keir used to be a hitman a few years ago, and then he got dragged into the Exploration business. Plus, with a lack of weapon now, he wouldn't be too good at that job anymore.
It's sorta annoying, but tomorrow's the last day of make ups so I'm happy for that, and then just gotta focus on testing and then I'm done. Snow is something that people around here can live with, but once it becomes dangerous to drive in, things start to shut down. I used to live about seven or eight hours south of where I am now, and just a dusting of snow could shut down the entire city. Here, you have to have a few inches with it still pouring snow before things are shut down.
Good deal on reading over Team Screwed! I really like reading Mel's bio for them, and with where the RP is now, all I gotta say is that you should definitely check it out. I can't say much about Zak, all I know is that he's highly grumpy about having one leg. However, he's become a blanket caterpie recently, and Keir's been having fun watching him wiggle around. It'll definitely be difficult for him, he's already resigned that he's pretty much forced into retirement right now. Sheriff's a totally different story, and Epsi has a lot more than just her eyes and hands to worry about at this point. I know I'm pretty okay with how everything's turned out, and I'm definitely enjoying everything.
Yeah! Mostly Gamma and Keir, they both like to pick on team Care Bears, and Keir just likes to pick on everyone. That's more within the chat rps though, so if you get bored definitely check out those! They're hiding out in the rp logs link on the front page of the group. Team IDFK had their little time with Waldo, though it was only the Mightyena if you've read that one. But yeah, since they were promoted to Noble recently, they have a better connection with the teams, so they'd probably be ones talking things through. I don't even have words for Waldo right now, all I know is he's definitely changed.
That can be acceptable for Keir! Just hte more reasoning I get the more I'll be able to understand why people like him, so I was curious as to why you were liking him.

I wouldn't really call her much of a chick but aha yeap, maybe after they reach the next rank, Ryes will have her join! I was planning to put Ryes' evolution in last, or somewhat last, maybe making all three evolve into their final stages in one go. Ryes is pretty confident around Xorian since he's shorter, so I'm planning to give him a surprise slap in the face once Xorian evolves. He'll probably get irritated with the height and strength gap and it'll temporarily put a strain on their friendship a bit.
And as for... missie, i plan her to like, well-- in the games there were like Teams that go around challenging other Teams right? So what I have in mind was, well, her previous team was defeated by Ryes and Xorian's older brothers (Lucario and Haxorus). They're also an exploration team (or guild... i think, what i had in mind was that they're kind of gangsters or something) and they're kinda... famous-- or rather infamous for crushing new and old teams alike. (yanno, to decrease competition in getting treasures) So like after her team was defeated, their dreams were crushed and her two teammates decided to stop being an exploration team. Which made her to seek revenge and after months of researching about them, she stumbled on the information that the Haxorus in that team had siblings. And to make things easier for her, his little brother was a Shiny pokemon so he'll be easy to spot. Since she can't win on the team that crushed hers, she'll get her revenge on the people related to them. So after a few this and that, she finally arrived in blue town, confirming Xorian, and as added bonus, Ryes. She set up a fake rumor posted on the mission board that will eventually get Ryes and Xor to Arctic Alley. (Aaaa that was long sorry! I got excited and rambled a lot;; )
Assassin or not I still like Keir either ways! I think even without Berakal around, Keir could still be a good hitman if he tries. He just needs-- a little PUSH. Or maybe a shove.

I started responding to this yesterday and then I closed the tab by accident and I just did not have the energy to retype it I'm sorry I'm terrible with responding.
I'm enjoying have a dweeb duo right now, mostly because of the minor alliteration that I can use. But yeah, I felt like he had to die because there would be no redemption that would be in character for him. With the state the battle turned out, Waldo wouldn't have been in the position to give up and live. He would've went through with whatever he had planned, and Epsi would be dead and Gigi would've killed everyone and that's not good. Plus, if he did surrender, he would've just became more bitter, and everything that happened would've probably been child's play to what he'd do next time around. Β So Epsi did good and killed him dead! As for Gamma, her desire for wealth sorta fell off the face of the world once Waldo started being terrible. Now I think she'll have to get emotionally/mentally/whatever stable before she reevaluates her life goals, but that's okay.
Aha! I refer to females as chicks a lot, sorry about that! Waiting a rank would definitely allow them to have some development from one another, and could be used in a cool way to show the differences in their opinions of the new member. Neat plan with the evolving, I know another member evolved all of her characters at once because they were that good of friends and stuff, team being Ensis. Another person had that strain thing as well, Care Bears, and she's been playing it well. I'd like to see how that'd work out for your team too!
That's actually a really cool back story! Definitely excited to see how she'll interact with the future crimson ice team, once they get themselves settled and she rolls along. I think that's a pretty cool way to include a new member, and I'm seriously interested in seeing how she works out. Also it's cool if you ramble, I love hearing stuff like that about other peoples' characters!
I like to jokingly refer to Berakal as Keir's wife, since it sorta captures how much he cared for the gun while he had her. But yeah, I definitely can see how getting a shove or two could help him out. He needs to take his own advice of "something's happened, get over it because you're wasting time and energy otherwise" and get moving. Except no one's really done that to him. Maybe sooner or later.
Yeah! Two tests monday, three on thursday, and then I'm completely done. Excited for this semester to be over! It's definitely not a fun trip, especially when you have a 100 pound dog sitting on your lap the entire time. But it's cool to see family again whenever we do the trip back down every so often, even if the trip drives us crazy. To me, a dusting is too much snow, but I've gotten better. The weather's also jumped from winter to summer, so that's always a plus.
I'm seriously impressed with how the rp turned out. A few last minute decisions on how it'd go and it lead to this suspenseful monster to the point that I had to walk away for a few minutes. It was definitely fun, and I'm proud of it. I'm happy Otto was around to help thigns otu too, or else the body would just be laying there rotting and no one would want that. As for the rest of your questions, stay tuned for scenes from the next episode of dragon ball z. /complete and total dbz nerd and has been looking for a way to use that line for a while now
It's definitely understandable about the school work, I still gotta email my professor a worksheet that I keep forgetting to do the final question on to actually send it in, on top of everything I've had to do this semester. If I remember right, first one to face Waldo was Keir, then Zak (donion kings), then Emil (IDFK), Sheriff (Bandits), and finally Epsi(Screwed). So, Waldo's really screwed up at least one from each time, in some way/shape/form. Gamma's thing with Waldo was just a small test, I think, if anything at all. She wouldn't have hurt him, as it would've gone too deeply past her promise. Which was why she was unhappy with Sharpedos chewing on him, but that can't be avoided. The why is good question, and I still suggest staying tuned for the next scenes.
True true! As much as I rag on Keir, I do like him and I like keeping him around. Still not my favorite like Gamma, but he's got plans in his character development that I'm excited for! More people will probably like him too, which is not a care for me after that.
