Thanks! I like the Monsterverse so far. Even though things could certainly be improve like the human characters and more creative action. I really wish they keep the serious tone established by Godzilla 2014. The believably should still be there and the cheesiness shouldn't be too prominent, "Godzilla: savior of our city" is too much for me. I even heard that other monsters will bow down to him in "King of the Monsters"....which I hope doesn't happen, because it's jumping the shark. Maybe they submit low like weaken animals as oppose to "bow"? I don't know. Kong Skull Island went a little too far into cartoony, but it can still be save. Fingers crossed. And uhh, as much as I wish Legendary could still keep making these movies. I don't think Toho will renew a new contract because they've already announced their plans to make their own shared universe. I'm not too excited about that, because Japanese CGI and creativity could be cartoony sometimes.... example: that soccer sequence in Final Wars and the VFX on Shin wasn't exactly topnotched. They didn't even have suits anymore anyway so if they're gonna cgi everything, I'd prefer hollywood to do it. Whatever the case, I'll still be there to watch whatever film Godzilla is in. Even though I don't agree with some decisions Toho made. Like the anime films..... to me, they weren't good.

Yeah generic soldier is hard to relate.but I did enjoy the fun in Kong: Skull island and wouldn't mind more goofy characters thou I'm sure the new Godzilla movie will be more serious and I'm happy with that. I don't think King of the Monsters will be to hardcore with the whole ancient ruler thing,like I don't think they gonna have "tribes" or anything like that.Bowing will make me cringe but shit the movie comes out in like 6 months so even if those 4Chan leaks are legit I'm sure the studio can cut it.Yeah I hope Toho let's Legendary make more movies, they clear care about the characters and having that international presence always helps, you know it's like the modern age people (fans) know these movies with the help of Internet and giant fan groups on forums, I'm positive both studios can succeed at the same time. Btw I'm incredibly hyped for the new modern Toho "MonsterVerse" but damn it's not coming until like 2023. The cgi in the movies has always been kinda weak I agree but Toho doesn't have 150 million dollar budget for these flicks( I wish!) They manage to make things look good I liked shin Godzilla when he was a suit but yeah some shots using where kinda meh.But yeah I'll watch any Godzilla movie that comes out, Toho knows what to do with there most iconic character ...expect the Netflix movies I haven't seen them and they look super boring.

It's so-so. Not nearly enough monster sequences. I personally feel like they could've made the story revolve around the monsters as oppose to Dwayne's character.
