# About me

I never thought I was an artist. I can't draw a crooked line and can barely color coordinate my wardrobe. But I do love to take photographs, and people keep telling me I have a knack for it. So's I got myself a Pentax K10D (now a K-x as of 2/2010) and I slow my family down on every hike and I just love it, even though I've got an endless amount to learn :)

Hey Pentax Forum-ite :) (Smile) Glad to have ya :D (Big Grin) At this point, the only photo I've sold was to a friend (I print my own rather than having them printed via DA's service - I'm a control freak :P (Lick) ). I figure continuing to put my photos out there with a, "Buy prints!" vibe is sympathetic magic at best Hopefully I'll sell some photos, but magic and hope aren't the way to do it. Marketing is the way to do it, and I'm pants at that. As I get better at photography I'm going to have to start marketing myself eventually - heaven help me :D (Big Grin)

How about you? Sold any of your work anywhere?

No I haven't. I haven't offered any of mine for print but don't think they would really sell well here anyways. Usually when I post them up I get a few people to add them as favorites straight away and then nothing after.
