Hmmm, I am trying to picture them in my head... Dorian would definitely go for long hair, to better enhance "her" natural beauty. ;D Never mind that it gets tangled and frizzy when it rains. One must suffer for beauty!
Cullen though... I have a mix of practical-short like Cassandra and just trying to keep it out of the way, like Aveline. When loose, I can picture the blond hairstyle for Cullen without a problem, but the rest of the time, probably a very ugly version of Josie's bun because "Ugh, just need it out of my face, I dont have TIME" and the Dorian would come and brush "her" hair for "her" and give hairtips and such!

I don't know if you have seen Frozen, but that hair Anna wakes up with? That's Cullen for sure in the morning.
Dori would always have perfect hair, perfect makeup (I do picture her with a rather simple look, much like Dorian chooses. Some kohl, maybe a little bit of lipstick, something to mark her cheekbones ever so slightly, but not overdone).
