i do like your style! it has lots of potential too. i think that maybe working on anatomy would be the main thing? anatomy is so difficult, i'm definitely still having trouble with it. but you can either pose for yourself in front of a mirror, or have a relative pose for you, or find a photo online ( quickposes.com has a lot of poses and challenges!) and draw what you see. it really helps with refining anatomy skills. the only other thing, would be to make sure that the hair doesn't come too far up from the head.
i like the way that you do eyes! they're cartoony and realistic at the same time.
i think that you're definitely doing the right thing! you're practicing and getting better, and also asking for advice!
actually, if you have the time, i'd love to hear your answers to these questions for my art.
