I'm not angry either, I find people can't really read you on-line so the intention is not always obvious.  I seem to think on-line people mistake "discussions" for "arguments" too often, which you may have done.  

I'm used to it.  

Even if I had come off as positive... It wouldn't have changed much, in the last decade I've found its become on the internet more or a case of "dammed if you do and damned if you don't", excuse spelling or word confusions there (dyslexic). If you support something, the haters attack you for supporting it, if you go against it, you are attacked by supporters for not supporting it.  I try and stay "neutral" but its not always possible. Neutral comments often are taken as Negative even when their not. Unlike in real life wherein you can express tone in your voice, a piece of text is left often for one to have to draw conclusions on. :-<

So it gets really, really messy.  I often come off as "aggressive" when I try and discuss things.  The other problem is that a shift happened in the net in the last half a decade.  When I first logged on, long posts and discussions were acceptable... You had something to say, spit it out.  Nowa days, if you post a long post you can get rude people who will wipe your entire discussion out and write "words" after it or something, because they don't really have time for you.  This is because when I first logged in, the net was full of nerds and geeks who used the net to escape the real world.  A decade and a half later, and everyone is on the net so... ITs now different.  I went from expecting intelligent discussions to hoping the other person at the other end even bothers to read what I have to say.  :-/

In regards to Haku... Its just a case of people don't really understand some of the things about her existence and they just treat her as a image.  Sort of like a character being used for a drawing because it looks sexy, cut,e cool or just interesting.  This has always been a problem in the western fandom in fact... That our version of looking at the Vocaloids are different to the Japanese.  Because we lack the connection the Japanese fandom has to Haku, we don't understand what she represents. Over time, the idea behind her has broken down anyway...

Anyhow, that's sort of why I'm not that up and jumpy on her... As I said... Her existence isn't so important anymore to anything.  She is like a that one kid you invite to your party at school simply because your parents push you to invite them and they just... Stand there... In the corner... Don't doing anything at all because they don't fit in with the crowd at the party.  Its the same for Neru.  So their continued existence makes things awkward.  When you think about it, since 2009 nothing has happened to make them any different to what they were, meanwhile Miku and Co have moved on.  So their stuck in limbo and are just *there* now.  This makes all things the way they are with these characters.  

There is nothing worst for any character then for it to exist for the sake of it, and I wish that something was done to validate their continued presence in Diva games and what not.  But they always have the same issue, they are just *there*.  Things wouldn't be half as bad for them if this wasn't the case.

I should say as well, that one shouldn't have to please anyone else but their own .  She isn't a good friend to you and you have no reason to suck up to her, she herself is rude and aggressive to anyone else attempting to be a friend to her.  

If making her happy is what you want, then note that she herself also says nothing can make her happy, therefore you risk trying to please someone who can never ben pleased.  And if they say they are pleased, is it because they are happy or because they got their own way?

Think about this... I'm not trying to stir up trouble, but rather pointing out the obvious issue going on here.  This is a girl known to lie, to tell people off for showing her support or supporting the truth.  You can't "win" here and believe me, you won't.  There are millions of people on the net, you do not have to give in to an oppressor who will emotionally blackmail you to make you feel guilty.  Its not healthy for yourself.

ITs all part of that big thing about "growing up" and having to make a hard choice.  In the end, if she ends up alone its not your fault, but rather her own as she is pushing everyone away.  Never stop being there for her as loneliness is a painful thing and knowing someone is there even in the darkest of times gives someone hope.  But note that its not good for you to mistake being a doormat for being a friend and its not selfish to be tough as sometimes it pays off to be the stronger one, as if you are weaker then her you don't have the strength to toss her the line when she falls into a hole, metaphorically speaking.

Think about it, most of my user subscribers are from dead accounts yonks old.  Remember what I said about internetters coming and going?  Yes, they came, they put up a gallery and went without taking it down.  I'm not bothered, I have friends in Real life anyway and therefore a social life beyond the internet.  I used to think it was really important everyone on the net loved me, but honestly...? 

When I went through the tough times in my life the ones in real life cared for me and the net ones didn't give a damn. If I had stayed like GothicEmEmily, I would be dead by now and given up.  I got lucky and was rescued, but things didn't change.  What did change was I got up, went to a RPG club and played "Vampire the Masquerade" and "Pathfinder" and through a common interest, made friends. I don't think about offing myself anymore and though I have down days where it comes back to me, I can say I know what does and doesn't work. If something doesn't work out, you move onto something else... Simple as that.  And part of making friends is about allowing yourself to give up some time to what others want so in return you can get what you want.  

I'm not saying about abandoning her, far from it here though because even I don't agree with that. As I said... Loneliness is painful.

I don't understand why that EmEmily girl was making an issue out of it and causing the drama to begin with. 

Its not a nice way to met someone on DA, drama, especially when it had nothing to do with anything at all and your left wondering... "What is going on???".  Its in my books of my most confusing experiences on DA, she believes also I harassed her, because responding to her a lot is "harassment"... I thought it was "discussion".  I think sometimes, a dictionary is needed when responding to people. :-/

Anyway... I doubt I'll met with her again... DA's a big place and I don't acuallytalkto many people here as it happens.

I enjoy the peace it brings me here on DA to enjoy other stuff by keeping it off my gallery.

The Vocaloid fans can be... Hard to work with.  ^_^

I'd like to say all fandoms are the same, but honestly.. Some behaviors are more common in some fandoms then others.  Certain behavior is better in the MLP fandom then the Vocaloid one, so I've doneMLP stuff but never anything for Vocaloid.  The little behaviour in the MLP that is a problem doesn't concern me so it feels more comfortable. There are other fandom stuff I'd like to do but haven't yet done since I'm doing things at the moment related to establishing myself as an artist.  

I did used to do Mortal Kombat stuff but I gave that up because I stopped enjoying MK due to the behaviour of certain fans.
