It really has been so long since I've been on DA, and in all honesty, it's really not a platform I like, but alas, here I am, with a new account, made less than a minute ago, just so I can tell you a few things. You've always played a big role in my life as an artist, being an avid creator of fanworks of bands I like, so I grew fairly fond of your work. At the time I had been drawing, and I must say I was awful, and your art and your kindness played a huge part in my improvement and development as an artist. I wanted to ask if it was okay for me to somehow share how far I've come with you, since you were a primary source of encouragement? Even if it's just requesting a watch since I'll only ever use this account twice at most, or sending a link? Just someway to show you how far I've come would mean a lot.

you have been the reason i started drawing since i was 12, and i must thank you for that. im only 14 now but ive improved so much, and while i work with a very different style than you, you have been my biggest inspiration to get into art. my mom decided it was okay for me to go to art school for college instead of majoring science. you mean so much to me i wouldnt be where i am now without your art.
