First of all, there is no need for name calling. I would think we're a little above that here.
Second, am I seriously the only one who read the rules? Rendering without the artist's permission IS stealing. Same thing. So, unless they have the artist's permission (which they very well could, but I have yet to see any proof of it), then it is still art theft because they modified a picture that did not belong to them and did not have permission to use. Don't believe me? Here is an exert from the copyright policy of deviantART:
"What is Copyright Infringement?
To simplify this question, copyright infringement occurs when you do certain things with a creative work which someone else produced without first getting the proper permission.
Some examples of copyright infringement (this is only a partial listing) can include:

I am not referring to works stolen from me, but from others. I have found a number of your drawings in other's galleries, and since theirs were submitted before yours, it's obvious that they didn't steal drawings from you soit would have to be the other way around

I don't see how this has anything to do with you posting art that you didn't create, but okay. This is how the two are different:
1) He actually credits the original artist. Not only that, but provides a link to the original work so the viewer can see the original, whereas from what I've seen you do no such thing.
2) I'm assuming he has permission from the original artist. If not, regardless of if it's rendered or not, it is still in clear violation of dA policy. Which is EXACTLY why I am asking you to remove your art, because *alxnarutoall wouldn't be leaving a comment on your page telling people to report you if he was okay with you using his art. Which means it's stealing. Which is wrong.
And if he HAS given you permission, then sure, go for it. But it sure looks like he hasn't.

First of all, if he didn't render those pictures, then why are they EXACTLY the same (though, some have very slight different coloring, but the picture is still obviously the same)?
This isn't YouTube, this is deviantART. Where are is kind of a big deal, and stealing is a no-no, regardless of if it is intentional or not.
And why the heck do I care if you tell people on YouTube or not? Sure, okay, they can flame me. Really, I don't care. What I DO care about is art theft. Which is what's going on, unless they have the artist's permission.

I commented here because this is a person I found that stole art. Rendering IS stealing. Using someone else's art in ANY WAY without permission is STEALING. And I DO comment on other art thieves. All the time. Even if they add to the picture, it is STILL STEALING.

He found out a way to render it probably looking at Character bios, taking snapshots, and then erasing the background so CC2 don't care only if he don't credit them

If they want it as an icon so bad, they can take a screenshot. What he's doing isn't important, it's not necessary for the world to keep turning, it is THEFT. I'm a Naruto fan, and am ashamed to see another Naruto fan stealing Naruto works. I do report other people, despite what you seem to think. If I find ANY art thieves I report them without bias. And if they don't want to be reported, then they shouldn't be stealing. Simple as that. And, again, this IS stealing. Lets have another look at the copyright policy, since you seem to not want to read it:
