hey yo? everyone?! welcome to my deviantart profile! feel free to explore around here. i'm from the philippines, living in a small city in Bulacan. i'm quite a reserved guy.i really really like watching anime and other anime related stuffs since i was a kid and because of that i got into drawing. anime became part of my childhood. i can remember myself watching voltes v. it's the very first classic anime that i come to like at that time. and there goes dragonball z, magic knight rayearth, mojacko, daimos. and the very first anime character that i ever draw is none other than "son goku". as i grew up my personality's changed but one thing that'll never change in me is my great admiration to anime and now that i've become a matured guy and learning a lot of things. i've come to appreciate anime more for i now know how difficult they're made and not just made for kids stuff, i see it as a serious business, a profession.
my ultimate goal in life is to become an animator in japan! but i'm not that totally confident that i could make it a reality though. but i still believe that i can make it, maybe not in time but im sure i can make it! that's the spirit dude!
as of now i'm trying to improve my drawing skills and to learn more about drawing. i'm having a hard time learning just by myself so i hope i can get into an animation school. actually i want to study at kyoto seika university in japan but that's really !!really impossible!! i don't have the money to spend.. but i'm still hoping. it doesnt hurt to just hope..if it happened that you know a great animation school, let me know. if you're person who wants to become an animator someday just like me, just tell me, let's talk.
i also become a fan of AKB48 :3 and my oshimen is Watanabe Mayu nickname "mayuyu"
ahh..she s one cute girl :3 really want a handshake or a photoshoot with her..when the time comes that i ll be in japan..i will go to the akb theater in akihabara..akihabara really is a heaven for Wotas.
the path to becoming an artist sure is tedious. it takes a lot of hard work, patience, determination and confidence. believing youself isn't enough, do your best always, not just good lucks. so i think that's it for now. thanks for reading !!

when i was looking for a college to attend to..i saw that "THAT" school offers an animation course 2D/3D..major subjects include screenwriting, video production..etc..and by the end of the course, an animation project..."CooL!" i said to myself.. so i enrolled right away the next day. but then i was informed that the course is not available for that branch. cant help about it so i just continue with my studies....sucking story isnt it?

and I'm hoping to get a scholarship in iAcademy, but if I don't I'd study in Benilde

yeah. i didnt expect it also. wow! iacademy is really a school for digital artists..they have a cintiq room (drools)...and bunch of cool facilities....so the fees are really reasonable..actually the very first prez of our org studied in iacademy.. i hope you get the scholarship. benilde also is not a bad choice.

Benilde is my first choice actually as I've seen students in iAcademy who can draw uhmm not as good as I'll expect ahaha so I think it's not with the school but with the student's talent still and you know passion and all that xD So I can't really go wrong... I just can't choose between animation or multimedia arts ///dies xD

if youre from a well known school, it s really a plus to the employers. but of course..your skills is what matters most.
if youre going for an animation course..sadly there are only few within the metro..iacademy,top peg,take one...etc. the best thing that i could recommend to you is to study in japan..where there are bunch of them.

but japan would focus on anime and I'm not really into it THAT much xD

datte..*it s a different level if you say you want to be an animator with western or disney style of art.. (just so if you dont know) in multimedia you can get to learn sound/video production, 2D/3D animation, design ...etc. and with those...there s more opportunities waiting for you especially in the advertising industry.
*just my opinion haha im not trying to pressure you..but this is really crucial isnt it..it s good that youre asking advice from others.

Yeah I figured multimedia arts will open more jobs for me but I'm usually the one who focuses on one and be really good at it, instead of just good with many things, but yeah, I'd probably choose both cuz I'm indescisive xD
