Ah, geez, uh, hey, new guy! Glad to have you, welcome aboard, yada-yada-yada. Okay, so, check this. Thing is, We've recently have a pretty rapid influx of Watchers and there's this guy here who probably, by some very small, but extremely likely chance might be a serial killer. His names later, and he might be getting a bit annoyed with all the newcomers as of late. Now I wouldn't be too alarmed by this, even though there is a slight chance that he might target you sometime during the board meeting.

My advice is to simply ignore him, let him do his thing, don't make eye contact, go on about your business. If Larry hands you a banana, do not eat the banana. We can't quite be sure yet, but it's commonly agreed on that the delicious looking fruit is actually C-4 in disguise. You didn't hear it from me, but just a heads up.
