A cocky male furry enters a voodoo themed remedy shop run by a female leopard cat furry named Loxia. She is a witch doctor and can use magic. The male fox furry browses her goods and thinks it's all fake stuff then insults Loxia by voicing his toxic opinions about her shop as well as her goods. She hexes the male fox furry causing him to periodically shrink a few inches. If he doesn't apologize soon he'll continue to shrink until he's so small he ceases to exist.

Hmm, intriguing idea. Though if I were to draw it, I wouldn't use any existing characters. I like the idea more of the shopkeeper being a rather small species, perhaps a mouse.

Leopard cats aren't very big. Just a little over a foot tall. if you do insist on not using original characters perhaps using a furry species based on an animal that lives in parts of the world that practice voodoo still.
