The price 40 - 50 points is just for one cutie mark.
The sheets are examples out of the standard cutie mark adopts I make, these aren't custom made.
A custom cutie mark sheet of 4 would be about 160 - 200 points
and a sheet of 6 would be about 240 - 300 points.
(Of course only if you would take all of them.)
