spinal deteriation...

But I am not 29, I am 42 going
on 67There is a big Diff...I'd rather
be in my shoes and wish it were not

DR's are frustaating, And I hate
being in the hospital,
I can make a 5 day stay a2-3
day stay. The secret is smokers get out
earlier...They are bound and determined
to walk out and smoke so thier moving around..

If you don't smoke pretend you do and
go outside with them5-6 times a day
and you will be amazed...

The other thing alot of people don't know
Is the DR works for you, If you don;t
like how your being treated, Fire
hin/her find another...

I found this all out the hard way...
