When you say not for commercial use, do you mean using a somewhat-recognizeable depiction of your stock? I only want to use it for a little reference for drawings, but I might sell them/ take commissions for them in the future (although I will not necessarily reference your images in the future as I improve). If I DID use one of your stock images as a reference for something I'd sell or a commission, would that be okay? I wouldn't take it and put it on an iPhone case to sell, for example.
