welp after four I learned one thing that I wish I knew sooner was that dr's used to have a female take cough syrup during their cycle to boost fertility and to be honest four little girls is pretty good proof it works even if I had no knowledge of this , but we did think back on how almost every one of them the time of conception was right around when I had a cold or something like that and was prone to take nyquil for said cold
