# About me
I am married with two teenage daughters and we live in a small "city" in eastern Ontario, Canada. I graduated from Queen's University in Kingston Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in History and from St. Lawrence college with a diploma in Instrumentation Engineering Technology. I am a certified Applied Science Technologist with OACETT and have a Limited License for Electrical Engineering with Professional Engineers Ontario. I work as an Instrumentation Technologist for a chemical plant in eastern Ontario.My interests include music and art. I am an amateur musician and play alto saxophone and piano as well as sing in choirs.
As an amateur artist, I have taken art classes at community college and took a painting and drawing course at Queen's while studying for my degree. I had a job one summer as a graphic designer for a silk screening company and another summer job running the silk screening program at a local sheltered work shop. I also had a part time business for a year after University doing sign painting and graphic design.
Currently, painting and drawing are a hobby with a recent venture into digital art.
