Oh jeeze that's a hard question to answer
There's not really any secret or definite way to develop a style--you just gotta practice practice practice! I've been drawing for as long as I can remember and I've always been working at a style that appeals to me, but is also something that is easy and comes natural. Only in the last few years have a I really started to get close to where I want to be with my style.
So yea, to answer your question, just practice! xD
That's all you can really do--mess around with different styles and genres, etc.
Just have fun with your art and don't try to force anything
