The rays in the background would never exist in a real drawing. They are digital. Also, there's a weird outline on the shadow of the car. Also not something that would ever be drawn.

If you take a look at the rest of this deviant's gallery you will see that the his other drawings are crap. Something this photorealistic would take years of practice and talent, something that is not seen anywhere else in his gallery.

Just wanted to let you know that the eye drawing you commented on is stolen work.

1. The drawing was obviously done with pen.
2. The signature on one of his other pieces ([link] ) is completely different than his signatures here ([link] ) and here ([link] ).

Also, most of his deviations can be found online ([link]
