yeah definately...Im actually in new york right now and NYU was amazing...but I can't afford to pay $50,000 dollars a year for an undergraduate program : (

Woah that must be about...over £25 000 here the costs are around £4000 with living, eating, socialising and the debt at the end of an undergrad is around £11 000...and I thought that was bad. How can anyone afford that?!

And I thought education was meant to be universal ...over here, my mate is going to one of the poshest universities in the country and she doesn't come from a rich background at all. Makes me appreciate out government for once It should be about ability not money

Yeah, we are pretty lucky in Scotland with the paid fees, even if we are in debt till we're 50 afterwards though I still don't get how American Unis can justify those fees...I hope you get to draw on gold with molten platinum for that price...
