My only advice here is please try not to get certain youtupers to stop criticizing your own fetish and others who indulge in it. You're content is not something that should be rated mature, from my point of view it is basic diaper art. No overly messy diapers or jerking off in them, there for it cannot be counted as sexual and their for should has no reason to be counted as mature.
If kids see your art, it's not the end of the world. Oh and pleas make sure to block plenty of these people who're still up your rump about your fetish.
