mapo tofu ？ That's delicacy　food ！Chinese culinary arts are famous all over the world. Sichuan cooks specialize in chilies and hot peppers and Sichuan dish is famous for aromatic and spicy sauces. I love Sichuan food,about Kung Pao Chicken ,boiled spicy beef,Qiuxi hot catfish,but hot pot is my lovest food!~Hot pot is the most famous and favorite dish in Sichuan.....
