I guess because pornography is such a controversial subject, as to whether or not it should/could be considered an 'art form'.
I personally, love porn, but, no, I don't think it shuold be considered a...'topical' art form?
Sexuality, in itself is not a form of art, it is a form of passion, and not to be subjected to unwanting eyes.
So, I can understand how they would not allow ' Wink/Razz ornography' on the website; however, sexual depictations (rope bondage, clit shots [in taste], breasts, even the male genetalia), when produced in the right frame and thought process, CAN indeed be considered an art piece.
The simple act of 'fucking', which is, in all actuality, what porn is only there to depict, is not necessarily a piece of art; whereas the human body could be considered such, but again, with frame and thought process.
