# About me
Just graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone with a BA Hons (Fine Art).Currently working and doing photography on the side, just as a hobby I suppose (don't really like that word).
At the moment I just want to gain experience photographing people, but when that's not possible I tend to photograph anything interesting I can find!

Hi there! I came across your amazing gallery when i searched djcad, great stuff! I'm planning to do fine art at the uni, then hopefully work as a photographer aswell. I would just like to ask, is there a large focus on photography during the course, or is it down to personal choice? I appologise im just curious

Aww thank you very much, you are too kind. Are you going to do first year or are you hoping to go straight into 2nd year Fine Art? There isn't a huge focus on it, although there is a darkroom etc that is open in the mornings (although I don't use it) and there are a couple of tutors you can talk to. But most of them prefer painting and drawing etc. I did drawing for 2nd and 3rd year and really didn't get on well with it so I changed to photography. They were reasonably supportive.
