Thanks for the uplifting note.. While I still think the stuff I said in my journal is true, I've grown to care about it less, because I've realized that having a few people comment on your work because it truly touched them is way better than getting sympathy votes or "me too!" comments...

yeah it seems that no one is from here- everyone moves here. i lived in upstate ny most of my life- ended up here- but damn- that's the same story everyone has. i can count the native phoenicians i've met in a little over a year on one hand. there must be something in the water (it must bein going through so many miles of pipeline anyway-plenty of time for the gov't to fuck with it.) oddly enough i like this place in a weird sort of way... it really is nice to have warm sunny days every day- skiiing is possible 3 hours north in the mountains... i would like to go to montreal sometime- i always planned on making a weekend of it in hs, but we always just got too high to do anything but sit around and pass out...
