Conratulations on the Tablet
I recommend checking out Conceptart.org, CGSociety(there's many more art communities) and...youtube
just do a digital painting in Photoshop search or sth. similar on there, you'll be amazed at how much free stuff Tutorial wise you can find.
Focus on a few basic brushes, simple round brush with pressure sensitivity on for sketching and painting will do to start with.
Both Software Packages are really great, i guess Photoshop Tuts are maybe a bit more in number but you can find so much stuff out there...Painter has a nice youtube channel as well with Tutorials on there.
Some artists you can search for on youtube and follow their channels or find them on the net that i think have done great Tuts are Bobby Chiu, daarken, Dave Rapoza, idrawgirls.com, FZDschool(Feng Zhu's School), ...just to name a few.
Oh, and imagineFX is a great resource too for digital artists, they have a youtube channel and Website, plus it's a great magazine...nice that their Focus is in Fantasy and SciFi Art.

I would ask you what tablet size would be better, A5 or A4, You're a professional so you might know, also what tablet you use at home/work. It would help me a lot, I'm tired of drawing everything with mouse,that consumes too much time...and my patience Time to invest in myself to get something in return.

i have a Cintiq at home. at work i have an intuos3 A4 size.

it's a budget question really. you can get by fine with an A5. i used when i was a student and for a veeery long time after that. if you can spare the money, get an A4 Intuos4 would be my counsel.

looked at the image, keep drawing mate, don't avoid the pencils for practice. it would actually be more helpful than drawing with a mouse. try and copy a few anatomical drawings from bridgeman for example. also, if you're looking for steady feedback, i recommend opening a sketchbook thread on one of the art communities, like Conceptart.org for example. there'll be lots of people who can also give you feedback, it is really useful.

haha Thanks, your opinion is very important to me The biggest problem is that... that I don't have a pc tablet xD(I hate drawing with pencils) So anything im trying to do I must do it with pc mouse, kinda hard I'm practicing, trying to do my best

hey man, working on your drawing skills is at the very foundation of so many things. so, i recommend you draw with a pencil until you have a tablet. improving on that will also help you with your digital sketching.

yes that's me. long ago. it was for a book project drawn in a completely different style though.
anyway, appreciate the interest and glad you liked the sketches....so i hope you understand the importance of honing your drawing skills now, which is really the main advice i can give you
