There's a difference between supporting equality and supporting supremacy. Two wrongs never make a right. Just because, historically, men have earned more money for the same work and have had more privileges doesn't mean women should have more privileges than men now. Feminism is about equality, not putting one gender before the other.

you're not being mean at all. sorry for not replying sooner, i had trouble understanding your comment.
for those that are learning disabled and are having trouble being able to use neopronouns, it's always a safe alternative to use they/them. i cannot speak for everyone but myself personally wouldn't be bothered by someone referring to me as they even though they're not my preferred pronouns.

as far as the it argument, i dont think thats very fair. you should call someone what they want to be called. never should you call someone 'it' if they don't want to be, but it's different if they WANT to be called those pronouns.

Ah okay.

I think it's fair. Some people can break down crying over calling another living being it. Even if that is what the person wants. For some it's very emotionally charged to call another being it. They may even avoid calling animals that aren't human it for that reason.
