Mike Kleinwachter is a sculptor?painter that works in Oils and various types of clays and epoxy polymers. He was born in 1976, and raised in a southwest suburb of Chicago, IL. After high school he joined the United Marine Corps. which allowed him to travel the world and gain many life changing experiences, which help expand his vision and mold his style. He describe his works as ”Thing I see when I close my eyes” Currently is living in Mountain home, ID.Many thing inspire Mike. Digging through the twisted wreckage of a junk yard. walking in a creek or stream, seeing the small creature swimming around piles of rocks decaying plant life. The swirling wind of a storm throwing debris. The chaos of nature is very inspiring thing.
