Bamboo! FFFFF so many people use them And a tip i can give is to spice up your drawing with matching colours and a good contrast. You can draw in any way you like, but if the colour/contrast is pretty then it instantly looks kind of professional Paint tool SAI is fantastic because of the easy layering system
