Specter is prideful and arrogant yet clever, elegant and snide monkey that was once an adorable circus chimp that performed in Monkey Park as a main star of the Ape Misbehavin’ Magic show. He is sneaky and calculating, especially in the realms of intellect of majority of subjects, and when a plot seems complete, is often quite confident in his work.
Due to his sudden and rapid intelligence boost by the Peak Point Helmet, he became downright psychotic and insane after realizing new brainwaves about what Humans had done to him as it felt like the ultimate humiliation, even to the point he wants to rid of them since he was clearly fed up and nearly destroyed them on multiple occasions.
He takes pleasure from others from the chaos and misery he creates, showing hint to his sadistic side. Yet an extremist, he often shows how to solve his issues in a way that mostly benefit (most times) his side of the bargain and when he’s really ticked, he will go ax crazy, threatening to kill anyone and everyone who interferes.
He is often deceptively docile (especially around Humans) but is rather short-fused becoming enraged easily. He deeply cares about his minions and monkey brethren, however he can be a bit reckless as hinted that he had endangered his own minions before, causing him to feel guilt.
Despite past defeats, Specter is relentless and ambitious, always wanting to come back, but with his ambition and power, he has good reason. Strangely enough, it has been hinted that he thinks of his old owner, the Trainer, often though it’s mostly kept hidden away as his deepest and darkest secrets.
At times, he can come off as kind and soft but that’s only because of certain circumstances so DON’T DEPEND ON IT.

Mikey has absolutely no idea where he ended up basically he's
inside his shell hiding, who knows where he could be right now so
he slowly pops his head open o see what location he's in.

If the turtle had known better, he was in a city in Japan as noted by the skyscrapers and other buildings around with a huge tower smack dab in the middle of the city. Fortunately, it was night time and had it been day, he would had been exposed to the Human denizens.
In the midst of this, there were several rustles of bushes from nearby, however it calmed down a bit before a lone yellow pants Piposaru popped out with it's helmet light flashing yellow as it noticed a rather huge turtle shell in the middle of the alley.
Walking over, it knocked on the shell before it asked,"Uki? Uki? (Hello? Hello?)"

Mikey popped out of his shell completely as he was surprised by
the monkey that suddenly went over to him. "W-Woah! Who are you?"
Mikey asked looking to the monkey.

The Piposaru backed up a little as his helmetlight turned red before it turned back to yellow. He blinked twice before he tilted his head as he mumbled," Uki..kiki.. (He looks odd, but how is a giant turtle here? Oh well, maybe we can be friends!)"
In secret, the helmet was sending a signal back to Specter's Base. In the main throneroom, the white albino was seatted among his levitating throne, legs crossed as always. He was trying to think up of a new plan until suddenly, a hologram of one of his Piposarus along with the orange-masked turtle appeared.
He looked at the hologram interface as he wondered,"Strange. I've never seen a turtle that big around especially in these parts. Perhaps.. a visitor from another dimension? Or another trick from the Humans? Hmm, I'm going have to investigate this personally,"
The hologram interface closed down as soon as the albino teleported out from his base and out into the night skies above Karino City. Looking to the distance over the city, the brief wind blew his tuft as he remained silent; he could sense the turtle's presence from a long distance and decided to fly over.
Back at the alleyway, the Piposaru was looking around the turtle with as curious as he can be as he asked,"Uki uki ukiki? (So, where are you from? You look weird but cool at the same time! Are you a ninja? Maybe Specter-sama will like you!)"

Mikey has no idea what the monkey was saying but he smiled
though seeing as it appears the lil guy looks harmless. "Ahahah!
I dunno what your saying but if your asking who I am I'm from New York
and my names Michelangelo but everyone calls me Mikey and I'm a ninja in
training." Mikey unintentionally answered some of the questions without
knowing what the other was saying LOL.

"Ukiiiii! (Awesome!)" it exclaimed as he jumped up with it's light turning blue. He hopped around excitedly before his helmetlight turned yellow as he stopped and looked up to the skies for a moment as it something got his attention.

Seeing the monkey's attention was caught by something he too looked up
to the skies. "Huh?"

In the distance, it wasn't long before Specter had arrived above at their location and seeing that the Piposaru and the turtle are, he had to get their attention. He asked,"Tonight is quite a lovely night for stargazing, is it not?"
Immediatedly, the Piposaru turned around as the source of the voice was above the duo, causing the Piposaru to hop around in excitement. "Ukikiki! (The Leader!)"

Mikey as well took notice of this as he sees. "Woah! Who are ya?"
With innocence like a child he tilts his head.

Without an answer, Specter uncrossed his legs and pushed himself to a sitting position before standing completely up on his throne, only to suddenly jump off it with the throne teleporting out behind him in a flash. Specter was doing a flip in midair, free-falling for a bit before his psychic prowess took over and caused him to levitate on the closing end before his boots softly landed on the ground in the alley.
He dusted himself off and straighten his cape a bit as he replied,"A fair question. My name is Specter, preferably known as Specter-sama or Lord Specter. Either or, it's the same among my simian brethren to which one of them is with you,"
The Piposaru did a ta-da motion after Specter made his move, boosting the albino's ego as he smirked, before he crossed his arms and looked to eye level at the orange-masked turtle as he asked,"Now who are you?"

Mikey was awe struck with amusement and in awe at how the albino Monkey
jumped down and Mikey gave a nod. "Right! My names Michelangelo or
just Mikey." Mikey introduced himself as he was looking at the albino then
to the other monkey then back at the albino.

"Ah, so I see. Well, it's a pleasure to meet you Mikey," he responded with a gentle smile. "It's interesting that you have the same exact name of one of the famous Renaissance artists. Adds a rather nice touch in my personal opinion,"
He then asked,"Now where are you from?" The Piposaru tugged on Specter's arm and explained in the Uki language. Hearing the news, he perked up even more intrigued than before he asked,"Ah, so you're from the other side of the world in New York. I do believe I have been there several times before but..the real question is: are you with the Humans or are you from an alternate reality? An explanation would be highly appreciated,"

"Well me and my family are actually hiding from humans cause my sensei says
they'd freak out for what we look like I'm not suppose to talk to them unless I know they
won't judge me by appearance." Mikey explains as he rubs the back of his head only
humans that he had ever befriended were Casey and April. "I only go out during the
night to do a lil ninja work is all." Trying to sound cool LOL that's Mikey for ya.

Specter took in that information and concluded,"I could understand. Me, among my followers, are among hiding from the Humans as well. Night time is the only time that we could work freely without much Human influence,"
Well, he's half right. He was hiding something else.
"Since I haven't exactly seen a being such as yourself here before, my only assumption is the fact that you are from an alternate world altogether. I've always known that they existed but know nothing at all about them, this is because of the Many Worlds Interpretation. It's something along the lines of quantum physics but something tells me that you'll get confused if I discuss further into the topic,"
He chuckled a bit. This albino knows things..
He continued,"Oh and since you seem lost, let me tell you where you are: you're in Karino City, Japan, as we speak. The city is quite big but not as crowded as New York would be; if you like, perhaps I could take you to my base to stay for awhile, even offer you a room to stay in and the such,"
He was liking where this is going. Finding out more about his friends, family, it was all entertaining.

Luckily Mikey was able to get all that and luckily avoiding a long
lesson that would get his brain to blow up at that point. "Wow....Another
dimension and it's Japan..." Mikey looked back at the albino and nodded
"Hmm...Okay! As long as ya don't mind." Mikey nods on the offer.

"There are some ground rules that you must abide by. One, respect my minions, no harm shall come to them from you, two, behave yourself at all times and three, you must never tell anyone of my base's location. As long as you keep these three simple rules down, you should be fine," he explained.
However, in the back of his mind, he had a feeling..
Before long, he snapped his fingers and instantly his hovering throne teleported in from behind as the albino sat back down on it, crossing his legs again, before he continued,"I can teleport us there,"
The Piposaru ran up and jumped onto the Leader's lap as it sat down.
"Just grab onto one of the arms and off we go," he replied as he moved one of his arms off the side to free up a space.

Mikey had agreed and then grabs onto one of the arms actually containing excitement cause he's excited.

The albino's throne eventually teleported out in a flash and it wasn't long before the trio teleported back inside the hallways of the base. Quite high-tech and quite decorative, especially with the regal setting seen here and there as well with the fact that they are rooms, aligned left and right of them.
The Piposaru jumped off the albino's lap and landed on the ground as he explained,"Up ahead, there are signs leading towards the cafe, the recreational center, the medical ward, the different room areas and many others. However, I would suggest for you to stay away from the laboratories and other personnel areas; that is strictly off-limits,"
He then asked,"Now, is there anything else you want to know?"

Mikey was amaze by the instant teleportation and nodded he was
still curious though, he then taps his chin trying to think up a question.
"Oh yeah! I wanna know how are you able to talk? If that's fine and do
the other monkeys only say 'Uki' like the one I met?"

"Their intelligence is halved compared to my own and well several others. They can speak in normal language but it's not as understandable," he explained. "Majority speak in the simian language but only a few could understand both tongues of simians and Humans,"

"I'm more capable with English and a bit of Japanese, I guess I'll figure out what they'll
say while I'm staying here." Mikey had a few thoughts at the moment. "So I sleep where again?"

"Ah, yes, a guest room. Follow me," replied the albino as he led Mikey to his room to stay in. As much Specter is on his feet, sometimes he sat on his levitating throne and let it do the traveling after all.

Mikey followed as he let his eyes wander all over the place with
very much curiosity and excitement, he thought how awesome this all
looked and how very new this was to him.

One could only wonder what the albino is up to. He seems to have Mikey right in his palms but he didn't want to make haste to action..not yet. He was on all counts of curiosity of the turtle and how he came to be. Perhaps, he could go trying to find out when the turtle is at the most off-guard.. mostly in his dreams..
Yes, that's it. After all, he does have the capability to do so; before long, they arrived at the door of the guestroom and he turned his throne to Mikey as he said,"You should find it very pleasing at the most. Guestrooms are at the utmost top quality around here and I do hope that you enjoy your stay,"
He used the card key and slid it into the reader to allow them to enter as the doors slid open as the albino hopped off the throne that teleported out as he walked into what it seems more to be a really fancy hotel suite with a mini refrigerator, television, several console systems, video games and much more.
It was the perfect trap.

Mikey being the child-like and youngest, fun-loving turtle he is his eyes shined
in amazement at the room as he was lost for words, he basically has "I'm staying in
HERE!?" look as he steps in looking around. "Oh man! This is awesome! I'm definite
I'll enjoy my stay!" Mikey did a squee face as he starts looking through a few of the
games while sitting on the bed.
