I don't remember. Probably you showed up on my visitors list and I wasn't too busy to check your page and then found something I liked, at least enough to want to come back someday and check out your gallery. I don't remember if I left you any comments or faved anything. I've been pretty busy lately.

Or to say "I want to come back later." Which I've done already a couple of times, and when I finish reading everything you've posted and get the time to relax and poke around in my mental and emotional responses, I'll have plenty of comments for you. Here's one now: what you write seems to come directly from the heart, which to me is the one essential element that distinguishes art from mere craft. And here's another: you have a vivid and expressive way of translating abstractions into words, which is something that distinguishes good writing from poor writing, and even though you have many minor technical problems (spelling, usage homophones), they're transparent enough for your meaning to come through and easy enough for any editor to correct, even an editor who lacked the imagination and introspection required to write as well as you do in the first place.

Ahhhh. Reading your blogs was a treat, though of course beneath the prose was the anguish and drama and times of experience. It is strange to be vicarious for me, when I am often the one behind the pen. Yet something in the way you conduct your symphonies of words is like somehow my own thoughts have made it to a world and yet I did nothing at all.

It's actually not Photoshop. It's real, Toxic Turquoise from Hot Topic. It was an impulse that grew out of some past conversations. I took it out when I got tired of people's reactions. Young people liked it, but most people over about 30 thought I was nuts.

Yeah. All the kids loved it, up to about age 20-something. Then there was a range of tolerance at least. But a lot of people over 40 or so gave me strange looks or asked me stuff like "did you lose a bet?" which got on my nerves after a while. Finally I had to give some legal testimony so I took it out.
