# About me

I am a starving artist hoping to leave my mark on this cruel world one way or another. Art, to me, is simply an expression incarnate, whether it be in word, ink, or music. An artist in my mind, is someone who wants to be heard, who stands up and shouts when others grow silent, who reads a book at the movie theater, one who can envision beauty even in the disgusting.
I enjoy writing, sculpting, reading, but most of all drawing. I have had a pencil in my hand since I was a child, and have the absolute joy of seeing the same enthusiasm in my son's eyes when we "doodle".
