I personally had no problem with you.
But I did recall that you did put Bubblegum Crisis Online on a modding site without MadMax's permission and the entire team that was working on it was pretty pissed off about that. At the time I had no choice. I did have to ban your account for that reason, but I never IP banned you.
I've been contacting everyone from those days and inviting them back. I don't care if you were banned or not, anything that happened back then is ancient history and I do still consider you a part of C3F.

heh, Nah, I've had several Leon McNicole Icons in the past I recently brought gore out of retirement as my AV from the Clanbob days. Don't let PhantomGrift know however all he'd do is try to break down as some type of mental disorder of a 51 yr man child living in a Fantasy world, or some such type of tripe.Β

Its the end of 2017 and nothing of real importance save for my children all now being HS graduates and the twins going to college and doing what they can for employment. I am proud of them and my oldest for making their choices on their owns and not letting others influence their choices.

I see you use Ubuntu. Have you ever tried IRIX, Tru64 (once OSF/1), HP-UX, Solaris or, better yet, VMS?

I use VMWare for my Win2k Server nowdays.

Have you ever tried any of those I mentioned, in particular IRIX? (Which I'm sure you'd be able to really appreciate, especially since you're interested in graphics.)

I had a sun station with it once but it crashed horriblly it was awful. but the os was killer loved some of the programs it had.

Did you run SunOS/Solaris on it? If Solaris, do you remember which version(s) you ran? I myself also like Solaris, I run 9 (SPARC, naturally) at home.
I also have a SPARCstation (SS5), assuming that's what you meant. Besides that, also an Ultra 10. So, I have both a SPARCv8 (32-bit) and SPARCv9 (64-bit) system. I also have a very nice UPA graphics adapter, the Elite 3D-M6. It runs Houdini, Photoshop and other graphics software real nicely.
I still prefer IRIX, though, for strictly graphics/-oriented work.

Well, enjoying a reunion time with my HS BBF after 29 yrs. (29 wow) been spending time watching movies, hanging out reading manga getting up to date with each other's life. Connecting with other friends from HS as well. He's leaving sunday afternoon, we're going to the mayan for lunch its gonna be AWESOME! it would have been even better if enterprise had not taken a 300 $ deposit for the rental car he got for this trip. *Shrugs* well it will give him some $ to hit comicon for the 1st time coming up in 2 weeks. Just wished I was going with him, and meet up with the rest of my old rat pack.

Doing ok, playing with family, going on walks and such and enjoying life as it comes along mostly. Still working on my Unreal project, just using UDK now. I'm working for a Data rcovery/restore back up corporation nowdays. Tinkering with robotics and stuff, you became a father and moved to south I heard. Hows that working out?

Things are going well in this neck of the woods. I lived down in SD for a bit to finish up school and found a job as a Software Engineer. I moved back up to Thousand Oaks and continued to work out of El Segundo for a bit (a 50 mi commute) and now I work virtual. I did have a daughter in 2008, but her mom and I split shortly after her birth over differences we had. So I'm sort of doing the single-dad thing for now. I do get to see her often so I'm really glad about that, she just turned 3 in May. I also have a house in Newbury Park, right across the freeway from T.O. But outside of work and spending time with my daughter not much is up.

Well glad you were able to get the position you wanted. Itβs a shame about the split up. Was it a separation or full out divorce w/o any reconciliation? I'm surprised about the house in newbury though. The cost on the mortgage has to be a bit of hit though than where you want to be. Living in California was too much for me back then and the cost of living out here is better. I'm just glad you have a position where you can afford it.
