Hey nice to hear from you. Yes I have found a designer and he is designing it right now, found him at peopleperhour.com website thank you for your help.
The only think i will design will be the tattoo gallery part that is just the pictures and the name of the artist in which he said 300dip and CMYK should be ok.

sweet. just be sure not to construct full CMYK black for texts, meaning use only the blacK ink.
