I heard there was one other Dark Pit at a con, so we outnumbered Pit 3 to 1 xD I am glad I found you too, I was afraid no one will recognize my Dark Pit cosplay. You did an amazing job on making it ^^ where the wings challenging to roam around the con with? cause they sure were for me, I had to crabwalk through doorways all day

Oh yeah, the wings were troublesome... People seemed to not notice or care at all, and I had to constantly walk sideways or keep my arms out slightly to prevent people from damaging them... And the dealers hall with wings, not easy :/

Yeah, I had people try to walk into my wings all the time, I tried to walk behind my friends to protect them, but people still bumped into them constantly. So much work goes into them I wish people acted more considerate.

Did you make your wings and cosplay? ^^ Thank you when I was playing Kid Icarus I knew I had to cosplay Dark Pit xD he is just too cool not to

We tried to shield each other with our wings, and group up to protect them, it was pretty effective most of the time... But they still sustained some damage on the outer feathers :/
And yeah we made everything, clothes, weapons, and wings... Though we could have spent more time on the wings, we actually finished those the night before we wore them >.> lots of hot glue ehehe, and the same with the shoes, we kinda glued ourselves into those, but all the work was sooo worth it, such a fun cosplay :3

Thats awesome! your hard work showed ^^ I finished my wings from scratch in like 3 days, shortly before the con, with lots of hot glue too xD and hand-sowing, pretty painful after a while but its all for cosplay so its worth it xD

I cosplay Kaito btw, since I saw you guys do vocaloids. How long have you been cosplaying?

Heck yes we did, it didnt end up too epic... But we have had it memorized since we decided to cosplay them, like last year XD
The wings were sooo worth it, but the hand sewing hurt, and hand-trimming all the feathers to get a nicer shape, not fun either :/ Im just glad they turned out so well :3
And yeahhh I noticed you were Kaito, thats pretty awesome~ We only usually have the girls, plus Len :3 As for how long, its been about... 3 or 4 years? Yeah around that long, since my first convention was Fanime 3 years ago... Lots of improvement since then >.>

I am glad someone noticed my Kaito, that day of standing in line was pretty painful, really hope they change it next year. Wow, Fanime 3 years ago was the first time I went to it too xD And I also cosplayed for about 3 years. Mostly video games, like Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy and obviously Kid Icarus xD

That seems to be the case, most of the people I know started cosplaying about 2010 or 2011. Which characters from KH3D? :3 I cosplay Riku, if my icon doesnt make it obvious xD

Well at least you can go to Fanime, its pretty awesome. AX is huge I hear, and I have to fix things up a lot to prepare :/
As for KH3D, Im going to be Sora, and my Pit is going to be my Riku, and one of our other friends wants to be a Meowwow XD but she cant make it to AX, so thats an eventual thing. Still, Im looking forward to it a lot :3

Awww thanks XD I was surprised they didnt take longer, but they did turn out pretty cool for a first, and so theres only a few fixes for those.
And we will definitely put up pictures of KH once we can, Im really excited about cosplaying them :3 it should be really fun next month, as long as we dont procrastinate as badly this time >.>

Its awesome that wings behave though, since I was worried about how they will turn out since wings are very important for those cosplays. I didn't get the right feathers, so I had to order more but luckily they came in time. And it was my first time making a cosplay from scratch too. Only downside is moving about the con without getting it ruined.

Its funny how X's on their clothing give away their location to the Organization. Every Sora's outfit besides his first has an X in it XD And only one Riku's one. I guess he caught on to the fact he was being watched. Did you play The World Ends with You before seeing it in KH3D?

Really?? Besides the wings getting damage by moving around crowded areas, we didnt have much trouble with the wings, expect that we didnt realize that the wings were too close to our backs and our shoulders were exposed... So we left Fanime with lots of scratches on our backs... We ended up solving it with hot glue on the tips, but neither of us even thought of that before...
And for The World Ends With You, I found out about it closer to when 3D was announced, and I saw fanart with Neku, so I researched the game XD and I was determined to finish before 3D came out... I love that game, and I actually want to cosplay from it too eventually

I found out wings can be painful too when I wore them. But it wasnt so much scratches as the fact that if you are in the sun too long and the only thing separating your skin from metal base is thin fabric it isnt pleasant when the metal heats up

Thats a good idea with hot glue ^^ its so useful, and I am glad its good at holding feathers in place.

Which character would you like to do? I played TWEWY before they were going to put it in KH, and really liked it, all the powers were fun.

Did you see they are actually working on KH3 for PS4 now?

Ohhh we didn't have that problem, the wings were too busy scratching us for us to notice if it was heating up... But yeahh a good half of that costume was hot glued or velcro, really useful :3
I want to be Neku from TWEWY, and me and my friends kinda have a group together, but nothings ever for sure. Still, that is definitely high on my cosplay list~
KH3 yesssssss those graphics, they look sooo amazing, I cant wait for that game~ The in-game graphics are just so pretty, I was so excited when I saw that XD

Did you guys ever try the online/together mode of Kid Icarus? I was surprised by how well its working. Plus by how outclassed my skills are xD I wish they made another game like it~

Neku is awesome! And I heard that cosplay is pretty comfy to wear. The music in that game is so cool ^^ squeenix makes epic games

Did you ever play Final Fantasy: Crisis Core?

The in-game graphics looked great, and riding hoards of heartless looked like fun. Plus with remix and this one there will be more KH cosplayers Cant wait~

Yes I have played online Kid Icarus, I actually used to a lot XD I really liked it, and it goes really smoothly with people far away
Heck yeah, I hope it is comfy to wear, its not too tough to make either, so Im happy about that. And the music is so cool, I love all of the songs, including the remixes that were in 3D
I actually havent played that Crisis Core, but my friend has it and I want to borrow it from her eventually so I can play, but Im too focused on other games for now XD gotta finish those first

Ahaha thats awesome XD Im just glad that people recognize Dark Pit as not just from Brawl, but from Uprising too, that was one of my worries.
Ahh for my Pit, she is either Joshua or Rhyme, not sure which one yet, but either is cool.
Ive seen some of Advent Children, I do need to finish that first, but for now Im focusing on games I recently got, such as the new Mystery Dungeon, Tales of the Abyss, and right now the new Fire Emblem, which is the one Im more focused on now :3

I forgot he was in Brawl (didnt play that) but people knew who I was more often than not. Which is cool, since it is I think the least well known Nintendo character.

Either would be cool ^^ I got weirded out when they revealed joshua killed neku, but then he was cool anyway. Shiki reminded me of Kairi :3

Which ones of those take the longest to play and are the most fun? I was considering getting Abyss or Fire Emblem, since the only games on my 3DS atm are Kid Icarus and KH3D. xD

He definitely is one of the least known characters, even though hes so awesome~
I freaked out at the ending to that, I didnt see a lot of that coming at all, especially anything with Joshua. I liked him from the start, and he turned out pretty cool in the end, so I was happy XD and you are right, Shiki is like Kairi, I never thought to make that comparison
Definitely Fire Emblem. I havent gotten past the start of Abyss yet, Ive gotten pulled into Fire Emblem. Its a really good story (playing it a second time) and really entertaining, but it does take a good amount of time to finish. Still, its a really good game with awesome characters XD

I shall get Fire Emblem then, it sounds like smething I would like :3 I love RPGs, and the longer the better since the story just keeps going and there are more things to find and do.

I think there are a bunch of similarities between KH and TWEWY. They have to deal with mysterious people dressed in black (Reapers), they are stuck in a world thats a little off like Roxas's Twilight Town in KH2 where only he was real, they are dead, just like Nobodies had to die to be what they are, Neku looks and acts like Cloud/Riku with being aloof but caring at the same time.

Have you ever played Persona 3? Its for PSP and its pretty epic :3

Huh, I never really thought about any of that, but that does make sense, now that youve pointed it out. I guess those elements in common make it even cooler that they were connected in 3D XD
