No, I have never given anyone permission to use this artwork for commercial.
Actually I knew about the site for a while, seem like he stole a lot of artwork from everywhere.
But shame on me, I dont know how to deal with it. It's complicated to do legal action from different country.
so please dont buy it.

i figured as much- i never buy from sites like that, they almost always steal art!  
unless the artist themself can make a profile to sell their art on clothes, it's likely stolen uAu

and yeah, no problem!!
