I think that most people who were mid-commision would have (at this point) gotten their money back, so i don't believe that it was to take the money and run.

I sincerely hope you are happy with yourself, I have been trying to talk to you for almost 3 months after commissioning art from you, and now Paypal is going to be involved.
If you wanted to keep a fan, you have done a crap job of it, and i'm sorry for posting this on your wall, but I have sincerely no idea what you expected, with getting paid and then nothing.
No emails, no notes, nothing. I guess you expected me to be quiet about it since i love your art, but I can't afford to spend the full commissioning amount and get nothing, not a rough sketch, nothing.
You said it would take 3-4 days to get a sketch, it's been 3 months. I hope you're happy.

Hi, I understand your frustration and I'm sorry about your situation. This is just to let you know sheep has been missing for the past few months. We (sheep's friends in the Worm fan community) have been trying to get in touch with them via social media and email, but they've not responded, which leads us to believe they might be held up by problems IRL. I know many fellow fans who have successfully commissioned a lot of art from sheep and will vouch for their professionalism, so not completing a commission and not refunding payment immediately is extremely out of character. We're all worried that something happened to sheep, and hope you and other affected commissioners will be patient until they return.

Chiming in as well to agree with Peri. Sheep is, like, the most goddamn professional person I know and definitely isn't in character for them to drop off the face of the earth without handling any obligations. I've commissioned close to $700 USD of art from sheep, and not once did I feel like things were handled in anything except the proper fashion.
I just hope eventually Sheep will come back from the abyss because we all miss them very much :sob:

I was unaware of this, I had noticed that Sheep hasn't posted anything, but it just seemed like a very odd series of events, going from fast responses to... nothing, as soon as I had paid.
I hope sheep does come back, and when they do, I will gladly commision again.

I feel like I have not learnt a single thing from Paul, in that if I were on Bet I would want to buy every single piece of Wards and Protectorate merch and also browse PHO and watch the shows intensely. Your in-depth explanations of how the glamour and mystique surrounding capes is manufactured only make me want more of it, how ironic is that?
Fantastic story with great art, really one of the best Wormfics I've read.

Can't get enough of your stuff, mate. It's the best Worm artwork out there, especially your Miss Militia and Eidolon, although I really like how girlish you make Glory Girl look next to Gallant.
I'd love to see your take on Velocity if you're still working on the Protectorate ENE! He only has the one piece by Ridtom out there afaik.

Thanks! The fan art pool for the series is pretty shallow, because there aren't that many Worm fan artists. Which makes me sad. More people should read Worm!
The Worm art pieces are all illustrations for a story I'm writing on Spacebattles. The art matches up with whatever character appears in each chapter. Velocity hasn't appeared in the story, and it's nearly finished, so yeah... He and Assault are the only Brockton Bay Protectorate members I haven't done, and I probably won't unless I have the time to be totally completionist.
