I attempt to take a few minutes out of each morning to come on and send bday wishes .. and that's about all I have time to do .. but I dearly miss my friends and time here ..the only thing certain about life is that it continually changes.

I wish I could be so prolific, but it takes a little more tinme to produce an illustration, although some artists can produce one a day.

My illustrations on glass sometimes take a couple months. I have drawing areas in various places of the house. One is on a tabletop easel just next to my computers along with a Wacom Tablet. At night we watch TV in the den by the fireplace and I draw on a coffee table in front of the couch.

Sounds like quite the endevor. Pen and ink on glass must smudge like crazy, what is your secret?

I use Rapidograph Pens with ink for film so it doesn't bead up like watercolors would. It dries quickly but can be rubbed off with water & Q-Tip for effects. I also do everything backwards so it's on the inside of the glass when framed.

Yours is also. Medical Illustrations - I worked for GE Medical Systems for many years & a Heart Hospital but never thought about contributing my artwork towards that field.

Yes, I have to agree but there are far more just trying to get their work out there. I still have more contacts through FaceBook. I reach my old friends from high school as well as people who were at the last wedding I just took pictures for.
