You need Windows 7 Boot Updater and 105 .bmpΒ pictures namedΒ 001.bmp,Β 002.bmp, ..., 105.bmp, in one folder.
RunΒ Windows 7 Boot Updater,
go to "Animation",
selectΒ "Animation",
select the folder,
click on "Apply".

That is one way to make such bootanimations.Β 

You can also save it as a boot skin.
I use CS6 to create my pics.
